Tom promptly added a feature I requested (product links when using the order details shortcode) so my customers can now just click the link to review their purchases.

We used the plugin for emails to the dispatch center. We needed help with a minor edits, support responded with a turnaround and within a couple days we had everything set up. Later we will use the pro version for another emails, like requesting a reference from a custumer.

This plugin is great for sending other custom emails in WooCommerce such as sending one to a vendor for order fulfillment. We had some custom info we wanted to show in the email content body and Tom from support was extremely responsive and helpful in get it situated for us. We tried many other plugins to accomplish what we needed and none were able to do it. Don’t waste your time with any other custom WooCommerce email plugins. This is the only one you will need.
