I use this plugin on several website. It always works as excepted. I asked once for a new variable and the author listen to my request on the next release. Plugin very easy to use, it allow to fully customize comment notification email by adding our own html and by using the various (and numerous) variable from the plugin.

Finally a nice simple plugin to change the comment email notifier! It also overrides the default WP email, which some other plugins do not do without changing other things around on your site. I do not like the way WP sends private commenter information to the post author by default, such as IP address, email address (jeesu…really wordpress??) and Whois. Now my comment emails only contain the comment author, post link, and the comment in the message body. Perfect for my site user’s needs and privacy. Thanks!
