thanks a lot !
]]>Hi, looks like a good plugin, but I can’t get it to work.
I have created a category template (category-news.php) and it appears in the template drop down menu in the category edit page. I have selected my new template and have saved it. However, as you can see here, it is ignoring the new template and is reverting to the original default (I had already added some text in the edit category page).
Can help me soon?
Thanks
]]>First of all: very simple but extremely usefull plugin!
I’m using the Custom Category Templates plugin on the ‘Responsive’ theme out of the repository.
In the dropdown list I can see the standard and custom templates, but there is also a line that says: (.*)$|mi’, file_get_contents( $full_path ), $header ) )
Any idea what’s causing this?
Thanx.

]]>Really useful plugin.
Is it possible to connect custom css file to category template?

]]>You don’t need a plugin to set assign templates to categories. You can just create category-{$slug}.php
files. See the Template Hierarchy page for more details.

]]>There is a small bug in the script while generating the body_class() based on the file-name:
A generated class i.e.: “category-template-category-tpl-xyz.php” will not work when referred to the class by CSS.

Hope that helps.
