Hi, I’m using this plugin in a website. I’ve try to use my own image/icon to replace the marker. After I upload the image, the image not displayed on the page. There’s no marker on the maps.

your plugin has hard-coded urls to the api endpoint including the ‘http:’ part.
can you please update them to protocol agnostic ‘//api.map……’ so we dont get blocked content when loaded over https.

]]>When I add a baidu map on a webpage it looks fine when I use a desktop browser, but when I go on my smartphone and access the internet from Safari or Google Chrome, the map is so big it half goes off the webpage.
How can I fix this?

The pictures in the plugin instructions do not appear in China: or maybe the link is broken, so the setup instructions don’t work.
Please change the instructions – particularly the part where you enter the APP name for the correct API key – it would help to have text instructions for each picture in case the picture links are broken. (Step 3.2 just says “Enter the following information and proceed to the final step.” – what information if the picture is not visible?

]]>Link to get the Baidu API key is not a valid link; it would be helpful to others to share the correct link.
Then if you manage to figure it out by yourself, you will find that the generated key is not recognised by your plugin.
