]]>My custom taxonomies aren’t importing. In one post, for instance, they are formatted like this:
parent1>child1|parent2>child2|parent3>child3a, child3b
Also, my featured images are imported but they don’t appear in the post’s backend metabox.
What do you suggest to overcome the problems?
]]>After understanding how this plugin works I am even able to import my csv-data in custom fields. So far so good. But there’s one thing that I could’nt find out how to do… How can I make an external image become the featured image of a post? In my csv-datafeed the URL is saved like https://www.domain.com/123/pic.jpg in a column that I renamed to featured_image.
]]>Hiya
I have a problem with special characters not importing. my list is a UTF-8, I made all my slugs to not have special characters. But I loose some of my custom posts when I try import as they have special characters like é í etc.
Could you please guide me as to what I am doing wrong?
I would love to know how would I be able to created a date and time like this:1466211600

I have just reaslised that this importer can auto detect wp fileds if named correctly.

I have been trying to get a demo of your premium product. Your support manager has stopped responding by email and Skype.
Here are the issues with the demo at https://demo.smackcoders.com/demowpthree/events/
1) Getting a blank screen after uploading the CSV
2) Only Settings and Help are displayed in the Events Manager admin panels
3) No locations or displayed at the URLs assigned in Events Manager > Settings > Pages > Permalink Slugs
Here are my steps to reproduce issue number one:
1) Select Imports > Custom Posts
2) Select Browse, select upload locations CSV, and Import
3) Select the “location” post type
4) Ensure fields are mapped. Note that there are fields in the admin panels that are not present in the CSV sample file I was sent. I populated only the fields in the CSV and left the remaining fields with the default text.
5) Select Next
It sounds like your premium product is not ready for sale. If it is, please let me know how to access a working demo.
