I have installed this plugin in my website, but could not figure out how to get SOAP API keys from Cybersource account. Do you have any documentation on how to get all keys from Cybersource?

Hi, when I activate your plugin my website crashes and I get the following error

Fatal error: Class ‘SoapClient’ not found in /home/canalalarm/public_html/active-vision.com/wp-content/plugins/credit-card-payments-for-woocommerce-with-cybersource/class-cybs-soapi-cc.php on line 12

How can I resolve this?

Hi! I need your expertise and help about this error Security Data : UsernameToken authentication failed.

What i did to get the Soap key is Go To Payment Configuration > Secure Acceptance Settings > Choose the profile > Security > Security Keys > I created a key > and it provides me that Access Key and the secret key i used the access key for the soap key but its not working can you teach me if i did the correct thing,

We launched and tested a purchase that went through fine.

A day later we get User Token Authentication Failure error.

ANZ CyberSource team cannot work it out as yet.

They have asked me to check with you that the integration is using the following end point:

https://ics2wsa.ic3.com/commerce/1.x/transactionProcessor

Can you please confirm this?

I would be happy to give you temporary site access if needed to help resolve this problem as a matter of urgency.
