Some time in mid August 2015 this plugin stopped working and caused an error for the search bots which blocked them from viewing my sitemaps.
Viewing my sitemap generated by Yeost SEO or Google Sitemap Generator as Googlebot returned a HTML page with the error message “Access denied for user ‘root’@’localhost’ (using password: NO)”.
This prevented my sites being indexed by Google and one site having 95% of pages de-indexed. Uninstalling the plugin on my sites resolved the issue.
This is a shame as I had been using the plugin for 3 years.

]]>have a WP site where non-www is redirected to www but crawl rate tracker still shows all non-www pages as having been crawled and all www pages as having not being crawled.
can this be fixed please?

Just to let you know that the readme file isn’t correct with the folder name that is included in the download zip file. You have”Upload crawratetrackerv2 folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory” the folder name is crawlrate-tracker. If you also think that once you have it installed that you try to find call rate tracker you will never find it, the real name is The Crawl Rate Tracker. Just a minor thing, no big deal. The plugin is perfect, works with doing a network install on a multi-site with no issues. I just used the automatic install from WordPress and it worked perfect, activated perfect. Just want to let you know that if a person hasn’t had the first cup of coffee in the morning and reads the readme.txt file, they might think that they are drinking booze instead of coffee. What you see is what it is not. Just wanted to help by passing that along.
