I installed the plugin, but the comments didn’t change, nor the HTML.
I fetches as a google robot and still the comments are not visible to google.
I also found that there should be a css folder with the fbCrawlStyle.css inside, but in the plugin it is missing.
I have downloaded it from here, but even if now I don’t have anymore the 401 error, the comments are still not crawlable.

]]>The Facebook API can sometimes be slow or unavailable. How about introducing a caching feature of this plugin to store local copies of the crawlable comments (per post) with an admin defined expiration time where refreshed versions would be retrieved from Facebook during next post refresh.

]]>This appears to always show the crawlable version of the comments. Any way to have normal facebook comment iframe displayed if it is a normal user, then revert to the crawlable version if it is a bot.

]]>This breaks all facebook comment plugins for me. The comments don’t load with the right height anymore, instead you only see a small fraction of the actual comment content.
