Outstanding work. Very simple to implement and plays well with others. Elegant query interface that makes perfect sense. I dragged multiple instances of this widget into an iThemes Builder widget sidebar, with each instance focused on a specific category to filter by date. I then used Widget Logic to conditionally display different instances of the widget depending on the category being displayed so that visitors only see the right widget for a specific date archive display. Worked perfectly. A donation is on the way. You saved me hours of frustration.
