Just download the plugin and got a blank page, seems was not working, however once I contacted and open a ticket support for help, got a quickly reply and the issue was fixed.
So that, solve the problem of blank page due the new PHP 7.2.1 version.
Now is working like a charm and go to get the Pro version.

Just shows a blank screen when pressing ‘e-mail manager’

I was really hopeful about this plugin but the free version appears useless. When you set up a new email account, you can’t enter a password, it creates it for you. It is supposed to send an email notification of the password, but email notifications are turned off in the free version. So there’s no way to find out the password for the new account. I could always go into Cpanel and reset the password, but that defeats the whole point of the plugin.

Sent a question to the developer about it and never heard back.
