]]>Hello
I installed this and after putting in my cpanel details as it asked it says I need to create DNS records as I can’t park my main domain (which are already there).
In The main setup page nothing is clickable.
As I can see in this forum I apparently tried this before and thus had forgotten but now trying to give it another chance.
You expect users to pay for pro like most plugin owners but how do you expect the user to 1) pay for something that 10 isn’t supported at all and 2) pay for something that doesn’t work right to begin with in basic.
You have 24hrs to answer and answering with more than “create a support ticket ” or I will report this plugin as useless and unsupported.
Cheers
]]>I have tried to connect my cPanel-Account with correct credentials and tried out hostname as well as the IP-address of the server to connect the plugin with my cPanel-account.
Unfortunatly the plugin didn’t confirm these credentials, although I they are correct.
I’ve applied different server-access methods such as
IP-address without prefix “https://”
IP-address with prefix “https://”
IP-address with suffix “:2083″ and without
Hostname incl. and excl. suffix”:2083″ and incl. or excl. prefix “https://”
… none of them worked.
I have then tried to contact the plugin-developer via their support-system on https://secure.insyncbusinessgroup.com/submitticket.php, but the message could not be sent.
Instead I’m prompted to login, although I don’t have an account there.
I would even buy the premium-version, but the failure in their basic-version and the way they provide support are suspicious to me.
If they don’t reply here, I’d need to give a bad rating in order to warn other users.
]]>Hi
I’ve installed this as I been looking for something like this BUT nothing shows up in the admin menu.
I have tried every possible combination using both Network activate and single site activation and it doesn’t matter how or where I try or look there is just NO Email Manager in any admin menu anywhere including the super-admin’s menu.
So if this actually does work then please let me know.
]]>If you get an empty/blank site at wp-admin/users.php?page=emailmanager&mode=XXX, there is a simple fix for that.
Open plugins/cpanel-e-mail-manager/emailmanager.php and locate all lines like
$sortarray = "";
change to
$sortarray = [];
and it’s fixed.
Wordpress 4.8
PHP 7.1
e-mail-manager v1.3.1
The instructions on https://secure.insyncbusinessgroup.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=201204321 say:
If not running in Enterprise mode with global cPanel credentials enabled, you will need to enter the cPanel credentials for the server that will be used to manage your WordPress site’s e-mail accounts. This does not have to be the same cPanel server hosting your WordPress site.
But where to I enter these credentials if I don’t have Enterprise mode enabled?
Right now the Email Manager is an empty page in my WP Dashboard.

Is it possible to create a new email account without assigning it to a wordpress user? From what I can tell in the free version at least, I have to assign it a user.
Based on the description of the plugin, it sounded like I could create new emails independent of wp users, and manage existing emails that are currently in cpanel. I had assumed the “list of accounts” tab would display emails that existed in cpanel, but it seems it only displays emails created with the plugin and attached to a user.
This is a super useful plugin already, but these abilities I described would be ideal. Maybe it’s in the pro version?
Thanks.
]]>With the basic version, I was able to set up an email account for a user. But how do I find out what the password is? I never received any email, and it looks like only the paid version supports the email notification.
What am I missing here?
