Hi there
Just bought your1 x Countdown Extended PERSONAL and it works fine, BUT… I want to insert the timer via Shortcode, so I have done that via the WooCommerce meta.php: ‘; echo do_shortcode(‘[wpda_contdown_extend timer_id=1 theme_id=1]’); echo ”; ?>
That also fine, BUT – on my product pages it also Writes ” invalid timer id” how do I remove that?

]]>Hi,
I’m looking to test the popup feature before I apply it to a live site.
I’d like the ability to add the popup with a countdown timer to just 1 page (a testing page), and I’m thinking that a shortcode would be most helpful. Is there a shortcode for this?
When the popup is made live, I’d be adding it to just 1 page in my theme anyway.
We just purchased the Countdown Extended version.
Thank you!

Countdown not appearing ?
Added in this example page, pure code and via the counter button.
I have also disabled all plugins without success.
Theme is latest version Avada version: 7.6.1
Thank you
]]>Hi. Thanks for the plugin. It’s very simple and I like it
I noticed a problem. It seems that the Enable timer option is enabled by default for all products. Because of this, the product page displays the message: invalid timer id.
Can I set the default to disable for products?
]]>Hi
I’m making my website. In it I need to have a count that works like this: there is a number and every second 007 is added to the total.
I need it to be global for all users, not just each login.
I’m trying to do this with a count. This one looks promising to me. It is currently increasing 01 every second, but I need to increase 07 every second.
It’s possible?`
Hello!
I`m just trying the free version to see if it works for me and then buy the pro version.
But I`m having an issue, I set the countdown timer, then I go to my page I add the block but it doesn′t appear on my live page.
Why can that be happening?

Countdown repeat daily, Repeating days interval 1, Repeat start time 09:00, repeat end time 09:10, end type never. on 09/09/2020 it works perfectly, but the next day the countdown is not shown. Only when the page is updated. I have several countdowns on the page and I have to refresh the page every time the next countdown starts. How can I fix that?
Thanks for your help.
]]>Hello,
I’m using very good plugin – WpDevArt Countdown. No PRO, yet.
There is awesome the text field before and after Timer Contdown.
It would be perfect to find text during Timer countdown with too.
Is it in Upgrad version?
I’ve just purchased and installed the extended counter. My first counter is a (seeming) simple countup. It loads find and counts up to 59 seconds without issue but then the whole display disappears when it should display the one minute mark???
I’ve tried this in Chrome, Edge and Opera … same in all three browsers.
Also, I’ve edited the theme (aqua circles) to
display days but that circle still displays???
Thanks for your help.
]]>How I can’t activate days? I want to make a countdown for 2 days, but only use hours, minutes, second.. so 48hours, no days.

I want to set a time zone for my countdown, is it possible with your plugin?
]]>I hope this is the right place to ask – but I am looking to add space BELOW my Countdown timer on this page: https://podcastmagazine.com/
I have added padding within the settings, but it has no affect on the front end.
]]>Could you please consider adding support for Elementor builder?
It displays the countdown timer when adding a shortcode widget but when viewed on the front-end all you get is jquery code.
]]>For some reason your shortcode button does not work on a post using Classic Editor.
After spending some time searching this support forum followed by your website I decided to look in wpdevart-countdown-extended-version-pro/wpdevart_widget.php
[wpda_contdown_extend timer_id="1" theme_id="1"]
Please consider adding this to your description so others do not need to waste time looking.
]]>Hi.
My website https://slopiewnie.pl
I use cache plugin WP Fastest Cache and countdown plugin.
However, the counter always starts from the same moment. I need to have the cache enabled so that the page loads faster.
Fastest Cache forum suggests that “plugin should count via Ajax.”
