On another site where Version 3.2.9 is installed, everything works. On the new site, which has Version 3.2.30 installed, saving formulas does not work, so the calculator on the site does not work.

I have the Pro version, and the support is so bad that I’ve spent a week with tickets, and the responses they give are useless. I’ll probably have to reply to the ticket and wait another week, hoping they resolve the issue.
The plugin has very limited customization, and you’ll likely need to rely on CSS for almost everything since it has few configuration options.
It is the best plugin for creating forms and complex equations because it has a visual conditional editor (which, by the way, doesn’t always work well and has many bugs, so you have to create extra conditionals to fix the bugs). They still have a lot to improve on, but it’s heading in the right direction.

The product is at a good stage of maturity even if it still requires some work to be able to do everything independently. The assistance is however present and able to resolve any shortcomings.
