Hi there, we use the pro version of Cool Timeline, but there is a constant message on top of every page that says,

Sorry, but “Cool Timeline Addon For Elementor” plugin requires the Cool Timeline to be installed and active.

Cool Timeline Pro has been installed and activated so not sure why we get this message. Clicking the x icon to remove the message only removes it temporarily.

I’ve got Cool Timeline Pro installed and active but it didn’t work well with Elementor so I installed this plugin.
I’m receiving the error message:
“Sorry, but “Cool Timeline Addon For Elementor” plugin requires the Cool Timeline to be installed and active.”
and I don’t get the widget in Elementor.

Hi, I have just installed cool timeline pro in a blog hosted in wordpress.com and when trying to install the plugin form elementor integration I get a 500 error when activating.
