I would like to add some padding around the notification bar. I am having trouble identifying the CSS class. What should I use?
]]>please help i have google analytics too look at the screen, it is not possible.
]]>The title says it – I can’t get the notice to display and stay on on any page, it just flashes for a fraction of a second and goes away.
I tried disabling all the other plugins, but it doesn’t change anything. I won’t change the theme, it messes too much with the site, but I’ve used other themes from this publisher (Cssigniter) without any problems.
If anyone has encountered this problem and solved it, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi,
I need to change the color of the banner button, but these settings are no longer to be found.
They where there upon the first install of the plugin, but what if we want to make some changes after the first configuration was made?
I have also created a free account, and even there, I can not find settings to change the look of the banner etc.
How and where can I change this now, please?
Thanks,
Annie
PS. is this plugin still maintained? The developer’s last support answer is from 2 months and 1 week ago.
If I use a single ‘ or double ” quote mark in any of the text in the cookie banner, it will add a backslash \ beforehand. For example That’s becomes That\’s. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi there,
The cookie notification for my website will not go away after being clicked (this is happening ONLY on mobile). I’m using the cookie consent plugin called Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR/CCPA. I’ve never liked it, as the customizations (such as color, size, font, etc) never work. But now it’s even worse, as it’s rendered my site unusable.
I deactivated it and it STILL won’t go away. I have cleared every single CACHE I can find in WP, my hosting provider, my browsers, etc etc – still not working. I can try to uninstall it, but from what I’m reading from others, this won’t do anything.
How do I stop this previous cookie consent from showing on my site for good? I’d really appreciate if someone could help me step by step as I’ve spent 2 hours working on this and can find no fix for it.
Thank you so much in advance.

]]>Hi,
Wordfence has published a “Cross-Site Scripting” security issue for this plugin:
The impact is somewhat mitigated as it requires administrative privileges and only applies to multi-site installations according to the notice description but it would be nice to have an idea on when this will be fixed.
Thanks.

]]>I just signed up to the free Cookie Compliance service and am struggling a bit to find my way around it. ]]>Even though I had chosen (and translated) different buttons text (accept all, accept some…) I still see SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM. How do I change button text?
]]>Hello, the button colors and text are not changing properly. If I change the background color to a lighter color, I need for the text to be darker. For example #000000, however the text on the button changes to #000000 but my button background color is #000000. I have tried all sorts of variations of CSS to get this working. While it works in the browser, when that code is placed in the Additional CSS box, I clear all cache and the changes do not apply. Even if I clear the colors in the plugin settings, that doesn’t have any affect. How can we change the text while leaving the button text a different color?

Hi,
I’m curious, does your cookie plugin impose any restrictions on views/pageviews?
So, e.g. PRO versions might offer more pageviews?
Thanks.

]]>Hi,
the Plugin always adds ?cn-reloaded=1 to the URL of the respective landing page, where the consent banner appears. Regardless if i activate the option “Enable to reload the page after the notice is accepted.” or not.
That is very bad for SEO! ??
Also the plugin doesn’t reload the respective page from the cache (in my case Cache Enabler), so it makes the page slower and that’s also not good for speed and ranking.
Please correct this problem as soon as possible!
Thx in advance ??
]]>Hello,
i was hoping this would be fixed automaticly but since some versions it doesn’t. I now ask to fix: Undefined property: WP_Post_Type::$ID in \wp-content\plugins\cookie-notice\includes\frontend.php on line 200

]]>Hi there,
I’m trying to give an at the bottom positioned cookie notice banner less height. By default it seems that the class ‘cookie-notice-container’ is using: ‘padding: 15px 30px;’
However, when I attempt to overwrite it by placing the following inside the style.css within my theme’s folder, nothing seems to happen:
.cookie-notice-container {
padding: 8px 30px !important;
}
Would anybody know how to get this to work?
Thank you!

]]>Hi there,
I build three sliders for https://elizabethg51.sg-host.com. I’ve noticed that the fonts of the slider change on the Safari browser if I reload the page. I am using Noto Sans and it’s changing into something else. The same happens on mobile.
I did some troubleshooting and found the issue resolves if I deactivate the Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR/CCPA plugin. When I reactivate it, it happens again.
How do we solve this issue?
Tahnks,
Nat
