Hello convoworks, I am a new user of your plugin. I have followed all step-by-step instructions to connect Amazon account and I have received “Amazon is correctly configured.”.

I was not able to Create a new service by clicking on the?Add New Service?button on the top-right side of the?Service Editor.
This will bring up the?Add New Service?form which requires you to fill in the service name field. Enter “Order Pizza” as the name of the service.

After I click on the?Submit?button to proceed to the service’s page.
I received a pop-up RED at the bottom of the page a rectangle with the following text “Unexpected Error.”
No log is visible in the Request Log section.

So, I was not able to start building the first app.
This is a brand-new WordPress installation.

I have read the documentation but was unable to find any similar or the same issue.
Any idea?

We accidentally published v0.22.22 with a bad plugin update url, which prevents it from detecting a new version on the WordPress repository. If your Convoworks WP version is 0.22.22 and you do not see an option to update it, you can easily fix it with one of these two ways.

1. On your WordPress website, open the “Plugin Editor” and select Convoworks WP. Remove “ * Update URI: ” line from the plugin header and press update. Now navigate to the “Dashboard/Updates” and press “Check again”. Now you should see an option to update Convoworks WP.

2. Download the latest version from www.remarpro.com and manually upload it to your WordPress through a plugin installer.

Hello, I tried several times to install convoworks plugin to fresh wordpress installations, but everytime it fails.
After activating it, instead of taking me to the getting started page it tells me I have no permission to view the page. If I reload the page the page loads, however the plugin doesn’t work. When I try to connect to the Amazon account as I click connect it say page not found. If I try to create a new service a lot of errors turn on in a red modal window.
I thought it was a server configuration issue so I tried on InstaWP, same behaviour.

Are there detailed instructions on how to properly set up Account linking? When to Prompt? When to initialize the user? How to test? etc…

I set up your Order Pizza skill to learn, and found your online instructions extremely helpful! Guess I’m looking for something similar re Account Linking.

Any sssistance you could provide would be great.
