I have a problem implementing polylang with elementor pro. Creating multilingual pages is successful, but duplicating header, footer, single post template, etc. does not work. I’m having this problem on multiple sites. If I set that e.g. The English header is the main one and I try to make a copy in the Bosnian language, it doesn’t work, it only shows me Bosnian, if I turn off the display conditional in Bosnian, it only shows me the English connection. It only works if I put the elementor canvas size and insert the template as a shortcode. Is there any solution for this?

My problem is some words are not translated into German. I’ve tried retranslating the page but it doesn’t change anything. I’ve tried to translate with text editor but I can’t, nothing happens. I’ve also tried with visual editor but ConveyThis won’t open the order validation page. It opens the page but it’s an empty basket, so I can’t do anything.

Can you please help me solve this problem ?

2. Can I use DeepL translation instead of Google? It seems the free plugin will use Google to translate.

My existing site in english but now I want translate it into arabic as well so for that I have tried free version of this plugin and everything seems working fine but all now I want default language must be arabic which is adding ‘ar’ in default URL which I do not want because of my SEO, so please let me know is it possible to remvoe ‘ar’ from default url.

I encountered such a problem: some are not translated immediately or not translated at all.

So I am looking for a paid translation plugin but after testing it I found it to be hilariously slow on uncached pages, I’m talking 10 seconds or more to open a new page. Also gave me a error connecting to the database once, who knows how since it runs on a CDN. And now it’s giving me 404s all over the site.

Unfortunately this plugin cannot work with Siteground Optimizer. It caches pages in wrong languages and shows them to the wrong user. In addition to that the translation switcher also does not work when the page is caches.

Hope this will be sorted soon.

You should be using the home_url for your urls

site_url is the url of the WordPress installation

home_url is the url of root of the website

While they are often the same they can be different and its important for when they are different to use the home_url

On my site where we use a bedrock style to install wordpress and all the plugins
The urls are different and so your plugin doesn’t work

I tried the free version of this plugin and then we paid for the pro version who’s 450$ a year we tooked first the business plan who cost 250$ and then moved to the pro one. normally we have to pay only the difference between the 2 plans but with this plugin you have to pay an extra 50$ i don’t know why !!! it’s ok untill now. in the pro version normally we have 9 languages. we setted them we choosed the languages and then we go back to the website and guess what ! no one of the languages appear when you click on it ! it mean our website now have 9 languages but in reality all of them are english ! we said ok maybe it’s a problem we will try to reach the support team to get an answer, we send an email…. no answer, second day another email …. no answer, third day another email…. no f****** answer! if you’re a user and u’r reading this ! then avoiiiiiiiiiiiiiiid this plugins ! cause when you will pay your plan, for this moment ! NO ONE WILL ANSWER YOU if you have a problem, and no one will try to help you. i want my money back !

Что делать, как решить, хотелось бы увидеть как плагин переводит, посмотреть как можно перевести вручную, а потом оплачивать след тариф?

Также вылезает ошибка о неправильной установки плагина, хоть устанавливал по вашей документации

I disabled the ConveyThis plugin as it messed up my site. My site pages did not load and the ConveyThis plugin was the cause.
I’ve been trying to login at the app dashboard at https://app.conveythis.com/dashboard/ but this is also not possible for me, the page does not load. I tried reloading the page many times last 24 hours and also posted a help topic at ConveyThis.com but did not get a reply yet.

The ConveyThis plugin does not show the translate button on our site suddenly. Nothing has changed on our end and we are Business tier customers. Please advise.

when I change something in the original language but NOT in the translation, my translation is gone, and set to the original language.

I DO NOT want the site to machine translate anything, so my languages should be totally independent.

I have some screenshots of the issue, but there doesn’t seem to be anyway to share this on this forum.

I just purchased a business plan thinking I could add my client as a team member and edit the translations.

But I do not see any way of doing it. However, the business plan mentions that I can add team members but not unlimited which is very deceptive, to say the least.

Now I am stuck with a plugin that I cant use for clients, if I give them my login they would be able to see my account details and sensitive information

I am creating a WP MultiSite Website As A Service (WAAS) business.

Your service looks great!
I want to install the plugin as the SuperAdmin and enable it for all sites.
Each individual site owner (seperate domains mostly, some subdomains of the main site) will need to register with your service, get their own API key and enable whatever target language they want on their site.

Would that work?
Do you have any feedback from MultiSite network operators about how well your software runs?
