I have a strange issue that I only recently noticed on my site. I use the ConvertKit block to display an inline form – you’ll see it at the bottom of the website (and other pages). When I’m in the admin view, editing the page, it only displays once, however, when I’m viewing the front end, I see it being duplicated in the same place.
I can’t tell when exactly this happened as I only noticed it today, but wondering if this happened in the latest plugin update.
I’ve also tried other inline forms and I see the same issue.

We have been successfully using the broadcast import feature to publish email newsletters onto our site after sending them out with CK.
Haven’t done a newsletter for a few weeks and then did a couple last week but they are failing to import.
I turned on debugging in the plugin and found the error – the plugin is reporting a problem inserting the post into the database.
I did submit a help ticket to CK from within my logged in client area but haven’t heard back.

But I don’t want to automatically add subscribers, I want them to have ticked a checkbox before it adds them.
Has anyone ever done this, or know how I would go about it? I have added a checkbox to the form, but not sure what I have to do on the backend. Thanks.

Sticky-bar sign-up form in the site header. Issues with the “X” appearing in the upper right corner of the form allowing users to remove the form. The X appears ok on mobile devices, but on a computer screen it is only half visible. Tried shifting it down with custom CSS, but so far nothing has worked. The other issue is the removal X is not working correctly. When clicked, the X itself goes away but the form does not. Any solution ideas for these two issues are welcome. Thx.

I have a default form set for posts. It used to show up directly at the end of each post’s content. Now, it shows up way down in the footer where no one will see it!
I was messing around with ads at one point and had inserted some ad code to the end of posts via a different plugin (which I have since removed and deleted the plugin entirely). I’m sure something I did in that process to mess up the placement, but I don’t know what or how to fix it.
How do I get this form to show up back at the bottom of each post? TYIA!

I think the Convert Kit plugin is causing problems on my new site. It’s weird because I’ve never had any problems with about a dozen other sites that I’ve set up that also use the plugin.
Anyway, in the backend of WP, in appearance – widgets, the “update” button was hanging/unresponsive and upon investigation by the host and CDN provider, was found to be disabled. I’m also seeing weird things with caching, with some pages showing recent changes, while other pages don’t, even after clearing cache and/or trying a clean browser. Very weird.

After deactivating and removing the plugin, I’m still seeing some caching problems, although the “update” button within appearance – widgets seems to be working some of the time now.
Also from the host:
“There isn’t something to remove on that line but an issue in the argument fetching by the plugin which you may contact its author for better insights.”
Please let me know what we can do to resolve this with or without reinstating the Convert Kit plugin.

I use the newest version 1.9.7.1 of the plugin, but now the default form doesn’t show up anymore on my posts!
It works when I manually select a form within a post, but I can’t edit hundreds of posts. This would take me hours.
Is this a common problem and how do I fix this?
It should work as before, so it shows the default form automatically.

]]>Anytime a Post is saved or published, WordPress is designed to trigger the save_post Hook only one (1) time. However, when the ConvertKit plugin is enabled, it causes the save_post Hook to trigger two (2) times.
PLUGIN VERSION TESTED:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Add the following to function.php:

in file plugins/convertkit/includes/class-convertkit.php:71 fixes the issue.
Can we get the form only to show in a pop up and NOT on every single page?
]]>I’ve set up the ConvertKit form to be shown, via the widget, in the footer area, where it’s displaying fine. However, I can’t prevent it from also loading automatically on all pages immediately above the footer area. This is in spite of the fact that I’ve set “Default Form (Posts & Pages)” to “None”. The only way I’ve been able to get rid of the superfluous form is by using CSS to hide the content.
How can I prevent ConvertKit being automatically added to pages?
