Works as expected, easy to use with some tweaking.
However there is room for improvements, especially for mobile view.
But this is the main converse.js developer’s job.
The plugin maintainer is doing great job, updates and responds quickly.

I did install it at [ link redacted, please do not post links in reviews ]
In Fact its Open Source and so you should Change in the next Version the API Lib to a newer one. It should be the the same thing like in Candy what the original ConverseJS is using in the background. They use the Google api 1.0 and actualis the 1.3 Api
Some things to know for you additional;
Its nice if you use it on normal Webpage at a PC.
I did tested it with a Iphone 3GS
And was a Problembecause it Pop Up so much big in the screen that ou can’t anymore use the weppage. or navigat. So it should a build smaller and in any case the possaility to close it. Some sound allerts after registering would be nice when someone writes a message. If ou like to make it perfect just integrade Candy stuff a bit more.
in general perfect tool but should check the use of a mobile and than not to pop up.
I did not pop up in my Androit phone.

It seems to break other jquery bits we’re using in our theme and it doesn’t carry chat over from page-view to page-view.
It’s the only one of its kind, so you don’t have many options. That being said, it does work well in regards to XMPP connections, so if you can live with the flaws then go for it.
