Hi guys,
Please can you instruct me as to which database tables need deleting to completely remove this plugin?
It has caused conflict and broken part of my website.
Thanks,

I see that if I want to hide just one item from a menu I need that the first menu item should be enabled. For instance in the Appearance menu I have themes, pattern, customize, menu. If I want to hide all items but menu, it is not possibile I have top let uncheck the first menu item: theme.
Please advice
Good day, I am trying to give a user access to Woocommerce only but hide the dashboard and everything else. The moment I try to hide the dashboard, the user is also unable to access Woocommerce and gets the error: “You do not have a permission to access the page.” I do not want to them to see the dashboard at all and go straight to woocommerce if they login. I can see that the url is trying to take them to the woocommerce page after logging in, but they only see the error as mentioned.
]]>This plugin works well in restricting access to certain admin menus, but I’d like to hide those unavailable menus entirely. Like, I check the box for “Plugins”, the user can still see “Plugins” in the tree, but just gets the “You do not have a permission to access this page.” message. I’m trying to clean up and minimize the menu for users with specific functions.
]]>Overall, it’s a great tool, but one thing bothers me and is a significant concern. One can hide WooCommerce completely, but cannot hide the WC dashboard widget status, which reveals the entire revenue. Is there any solution for this?

Hi, since i installed Controlled access admin, i am not seeing all the options on the dashboard for my admins. I can’t even access the settings for my woocommerce. I need help recitifying this.
]]>Hi! Is it possible to limit the editing of certain pages within my posts, to give access to the editor only those pages? So far I have seen an option to block all posts or open them, the question is whether it is possible to give access only to some permanent posts to edit them only. Thank you for the support!

]]>Hi there,
I have an issue when I try to delete a registered user by selecting the checkbox and then selecting delete on the Users page (see this screenshot), I get this message (see this screenshot).
I have found out that it is caused by this plugin because when I deactivate the plugin, I am then able to delete the users.
Just to let you know that I am able to hover over the user and delete them by clicking the delete link, but when I want to bulk delete this can become time-consuming.
I am not sure if it’s a setting I am missing or if you have a solution for me.
Please advise,
Thank you.
]]>Hi,
For controlled access pklugin, want changes with visibility with access. If access not given hide it from menu in backend, controlled access should only show what you can access
]]>“Controlled admin access” option not show in admin panel under “user” menu
]]>Thanks for all the great work!
I’m too scared to try it, but I surely hope that the plugin doesn’t enable you to deactivate or delete the permanent admins so easily?
Really they should not be listed.
Can we get a comment on that and whether it’s intended?
Thanks you.
All the sites I use this plugin with are returning blank white pages on the controlled admin access page, where previously it was working.
All the sites are on PHP 8, though on one site i downgraded it to 7.4 for troubleshooting, as well as deactivated all other plugins as well as changing theme, simplifying htacess, etc. Nothing works.
Please advise.
]]>Hello,
After updating the plugin, some of our users are no longer visible on the plugin.
These users were created using the plugin and after we created these users, we edited the user roles using WooCommerce native functionality.
This allows us to not only restrict users to specific areas of the site, but also limit their permissions in certain areas – for example, allowing a user to view the ‘Products’ page in WooCommerce, but not delete or create products etc.
We currently are using version 1.5.12 as updating causes us the issue stated above.
We have also tried creating the users again freshly and changing their roles however they are deleted from the plugin after doing this.
If there is a way to restore this functionality in the plugin that would be excellent – we would like to be able to change user roles and still have any users created by the plugin still visible and editable in the plugin.
Many thanks for your time!
]]>Since a week suddenly the plugin stopped working. When I want to go to the settings for ‘Controlled Admin Access’ I just get a blank screen.
I updated my WordPress and disabled all other plugins, still not working. What further steps can I take to try to find the cause?
Did anything change in the plugin in the last weeks?
]]>Plugin Conflict Test Shows this plugin is blocking LearnDash functionality. So when I try to update a course and use the Builder, the Builder tab, Settings tabs and others are missing. I’ll have to remove the plugin for now but it’s been a great plugin til this happened. Thanks, hope you’re able to figure out why that happened for LearnDash users.

Great plugin, but we have 2 plugins that add menu items under Users and are both visible and accessible. They are Easy Username Updater and Role Includer. In the Controlled Admin settings it shows these automatically checked, but they are still available.

for compliance laws I have the needings to let a temporary admin to access and view some users activity.
I can set a new admin of course but the best would be to limit the temporary admin in the areas of the website (but users is non untickable) and best of the best to limit to view users activity of one or more specific user.
Is it possible to find a solution?
Many thanks,

]]>Hi folks,
Lately, when I make a controlled admin access user, they say it won’t let them use the wp dashboard. I don’t have any of the restrictions checkmarks, but it takes them away from dashboard and to homepage every time.
Any ideas?
Thanks
