Using 2 different user switching plugins, “User Switching” & the “Test this user” through the PublishPress Permissions plugin does not check the pseudo role when impersonating another user. The Admin bar stays the same color as the original role when impersonating.
]]>Simple, yet useful plugin! It would be nice to be able to change the color in the network admin dashboard, too. If I understand correctly, it uses the color defined for the default site. Thanks!
]]>Hey,
I think I found a few bugs:
First, it doesn’t hide the Settings screen when I use:
define( 'CONTEXTUAL_ADMINBAR_SETTINGS', 0 )
It still displays it under “Tools” and is accessible. I have to set the value to “false” to hide it.
The Second issue:
When I set the values for color and message by constants the “save button” is missing. This is a problem because there is no constant for user roles so I have to use the options and need the save button.
Hello,
It seems the Contextual Adminbar Color and ForumWP plugin (https://forumwpplugin.com/) are not compatible. When ForumWP is installed and activated, for an unknown reason, the body of wp-admin pages don’t get contextual-adminbar-color
class added, which breaks Contextual Adminbar Color behavior.
Do you have any clue why ?
Frédéric
