I tried adding this plugins’s shortcode to several posts and pages, since it all leads to one library. Sometimes it works great when I test it, and it gives the pop up and everything. On other pages it just pops you back to the top of the screen but no pop up asking for an email address. Same shortcode, what gives?

I would like to do a complete re-install of the plugin. But when I uninstall and delete it, when I download it again, all my settings are saved. What do I have to delete in the database???
