Hi, I just installed the plugin and created a new page. When I select the iFrame option I get a critical error on my website. I tried the download option but that only gives a blank page. Could you please advice what I could try to solve this issue?

It’s basically the core of my WPMU, forwarding visitors to third parts sites

And, with redirects, it does it brillianty.

What I’ve miss, possibly, is the ability/capacity to open a said third parts link’s in a new Tab on visitors browser, and not in _self.

Any tips on this, or a page where this setting has been implemented, or whatever it can help to sort this out, code too.

I have a client who has a booking engine with some old .php links. The booking engine company wants a high fee to change those links to the new current links. So, my question is this…can I use your plugin to change out those .php links (they were from the old wordpress site and it had a .php extension added to htaccess file) that would go to the new website?

Example:
Old link: https://company name here.com/about.php
New Link: https://company name here.com/about-us/

How can I do this using your plugin? If I can’t do this, what do you suggest me to do to make it happen? I only need to mask the menu links, so I am guessing your plugin can do this?

First of all I want to thank you for the plugin, you did a wonderful job.

However, I have a small problem with it. If I mask a URL (using the Iframe technique) and open the masked URL and click on a link within that page, the masked URL remains in the browser address bar, regardless of the fact that I am already on a completely different, non-masked URL.

Can you help me solve this problem?

I am trying to mask https://fypp.my.canva.site/ as https://colorcreative.co/fypp. I set it up using the instructions but for some reason I still see the original url.

The content mask is enabled and I’m trying to use the download method with a 4 hour cache.

Hi, very easy plugin but unfortunately I’ve tried with an Elementor (plugin) theme and it does not display the content of the downloaded external page.

Standalone in a simple page it works.

I’ve also tried to create a model first and insert the model into an Elementor block into the page, but still empty.

It seems there is an incompatibility between these 2 plugins.

Is someone already used Content Mask with Elementor and is there a solution ?

since recently i’m using WP plugin Multiple Domain mapping as the multi site alternative, yet as the author of that plug stated clearly it doesn’t supports Woocommerce service pages specifically the cart and check-out, while it works with others catalog pages. I’ve tried it with addition of your plugin, and it worked in the redirection mode, but i need one of the first 2 options, particularly for the cart that, currently when set to it, cart is loading empty while on the Content Mask Url original is having added items, can you recommend something?

I created a landing page using a third-party page building online platform and now I want to mask the content with my own URL of the main site.

My main site has a GDPR plugin but the GPDR popup doesn’t work with the Download method.

Is possible to make the popup window work with your plugin?

I’m pulling in another page on a different URL using the iFrame method.
But is there any way I can add a couple of small text links right at the bottom of this pulled-in page (to Home page, Privacy Policy, etc.)? Would this be what the Footer scripts section is for? If so, is there any documentation on how I would use to get my links?

On a page I’d like to use a dual button to display different content on the same page. All content is mine (same domain).
I first thought your plugin might help me with this, but from what I get in the Faq, it will not be possible since there would 2 different masked content in the same page ? Am I getting this right ?

I have noticed that the admin style rule:

body.content-mask-admin .inner {
padding: 35px 70px;
}

causes issues with the Order preview in Woocommerce. It makes it so you cannot see the products ordered. I have added my own rule to set padding to 0px for body.content-mask-admin footer .inner, which helps.

Perhaps you can make it a little more specific since inner as a class is very general.

This is dumb, why only manual masking?

Hi I just added a mask to this page to see how content mask functions and I’m unable to remove the contents of this page. It appears non editable on any of my editors and also the worst part is that this page doesn’t actually exist and still is shows random things like this. I removed the mask. still no use. I tried removing the plugin and reinstalling, and still no use. Please could you tell me how to remove this hook manually? I’d really appreciate that. Thank you so much.

So i masked my affiliate url in a page in my website , everything works but when I click where it says ” Skip To The Text Presentation” and I try to buy the product a error happens and the page doesent load. ( I used an option called Iframe )

Is there a way to disable the plugin for specific custom post types?

The content mask page of Northdallasseo.com/maxpride shows as SSL on desktop but NOT mobile.

I checked and the main url of Northdallasseo.com does show as SSL. Is this normal? a glitch? How can I make the content mask SSL on mobile? or can I?

I have tried several different website URLs. The page is being created. My iframe code is loading my widget. But I am not getting the URL content.

Previously created pages still work. But none work this morning.

The Content Mask is properly displaying the page, however the actual page itself isn’t fully functioning, If you attempt to make an account, it does not progress to the next page as expected.

I have the download method enabled and facing cache issues.

THe actual URL has the CSS with version at the end of url like

abc.css?v=3.56

and now the version has changed to 4.1 but the content mask plugin is still picking the old URL. Not sure how to clear this cache and get the latest URL.

I tried deleting the URL’s and adding again, disabling cache and reducing cache time etc. But nothing worked.

Any pointers please.

I created a webpage design in a pagebuilder and I’ve used iframe to content mask it on my domain jimilitanministries.org.uk but there is this huge blank white space below the iframed page on my website and a scroll bar to the right to go along with it. Hello I have a little problem I created the redirect with checkmark it works right but the page that I direct is not possible to login to access something is blocked for this function the same thing happens on the mask page that you cannot register when opening with will mark

I tried adding a custom script on the iframe method and have the Custom Scripts for Iframe Method: Enabled but it wouldn’t save the script. I would refresh the page and it returns empty.

Hi, have some questions and some encounter some problem using the plugin..

I previously masked my subdomain page to my main domain page. It works perfectly and inside the subdomain, I have a button which sending it back to main domain page. I noticed the URL does not change but the content inside the mask where changed.

2nd, I created a new page in main domain and mask it in the same domain. Example. domain.com/page1 masked to domain.com/page2. But when I am trying to access it did not masked the page1 but it directed to my sub domain.

I did a couple of uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. but it still has the issue.

I’m building an WordPress site with access roles, based on subscription.

My restricted content page is like this: https:/mysite.ro/restricted-page/
It contains an masked iframe link like https://contentserver.com/page/xxxx

If I choose iframe method then it bypasses my restriction user roles.

How can I fix this, to show the page only to specific registered users?

2nd query if we using iframe, there is very easy thing to know this page is iframed, is there any way that no one knows we iframed that page?

I masked an IP detection website( myip.com ) on my webpage. The problem is this masing page is showing the IP address of my hosting, not the IP address of the user.
Please fix this issue.
