I have been paying for the Paid Version of Contact Me for a couple of years, and a few months ago the email address to use when adding email replies to your contacts stopped working with a mailbox over quota error. I contacted support and after about a week they said they would look into it. A few weeks later after I was charged for another month with no fix, I contacted them again and they gave me credit back and said they would fix it. Then another month and another charge later, nothing. I contacted them again using the form on their website with no reply. The link to change or remove my CC info does not work – page cannot be found. Please contact me now because I am about to be charged AGAIN and have no way to stop it. I will be contacting PayPal which is the CC that I used and filing a dispute, and filing complaints with the BBB and whoever else that I can.

]]>Hi,
I’m using Custom Contact Forms Version 5.1.0.1 on a site and the form fields are appearing twice in the form. I’m using a yootheme theme so I’ve tried with the standard wordpress themes to see if that was causing the problem but still have the same problem.
An example of the problem can be seen here:

Any advice would be gratefully received.

]]>Beware of this plugin. Not worth paying for. Site keeps going down 4th time this week and no direct line of communication with support. Took 5 days to get back to me but only after posting on Twitter and their facebook page. Beware – Look for an alternative
]]>I’d like to format the form to be a different style since the site this is going on is pretty dark. Is this possible using the iframe content?

]]>I’m using ContactMe on my website to add a simple submission form. Everything works fine, but the email address the form sends submissions to is the one that I originally attached to my admin account.
I changed that email address in WP Options, but I’m still receiving submissions at the original email address.
How can I tell ContactMe to send submissions to a different email address?
Thanks. x

Don’t like it, it’s not storing on my db but on theirs instead. To see my info I have to set up an account with their site. Plus they advertise too much on my site after the install.
]]>When I attempt to sync the plugin from the plugin’s setting page with ContactMe by entering in my email and password. I get a page cannot be displayed. Please fix this! This has also disabled the floating “Contact” button feature.
Thanks
]]>I never un-installed a plugin this fast.
Beside the obvious you should just see and get your own opinion, it also screwed up my menu
I want my money back.
I cannot reach them.
How can I contact contactme.com?
Getting error on all my sites

]]>No doubt this plugin is a leap forward in managing your contacts, but the freebie is near useless and until you install it you are not made aware of that tiny detail. A bit more disclosure and they would likely have gotten a new customer. But such bait and switch tactics are distasteful and as such I’ll find another system.
]]>Contactme.com is a spammer. Once you install this plugin it asks for email and after that it regularly sends spam emails. Even if you uninstall this plugin it won’t stop spamming.
I do not recommend this plugin.
I request to WordPress to block this plugin.
Easy install and works like a charm. Great plug in and thanks for developing it!
