Does everything I needed, and then some.
The only improvement I could really go for is the ability to use the timezone that is set in WordPress to record dates and times of submissions. I was able to edit the plugin for my needs, at least until the plugin receives an update.
Excellent work otherwise and well worth the 5 star rating.

There are a lot of similar plugins if you need forms for your WordPress. This one is my favorite. It doesn’t bother you with ugly pre-installed layouts, but offers a lot of options to configure just the form you need. The customizable notifications leave no wish unfulfilled. Well thought out. Thank you for the good work!

I have tried a few contact form plugins and this is my favorite. We use this for all of our forms on four websites. Drag and drop interface, data exportable as spreadsheets, html email notifications, unlimited fields, shortcodes—a pleasure to use. Customer support is very prompt and helpful as well. The best!

This plugin does everything I was looking for. It even has features for FREE that some other contact form plugins don’t have EVEN when you pay for a “Pro” vesion. This one does all of it for free. I was looking for a plugin that:

This is now a great plugin, had some issues with older versions but this version (1.3.2) Works really well. Forms can be as simple or as complex as you want as can the confirmation emails. Straightforward forms can be pulled together very quickly and if you know your code you can add your own or modify the look to suit your needs. Very good work by the developer, well done.
Some sites are still stuck on WordPress 3.5.1 so I was relieved to find this plugin still works with that version. Export to excel is useful though you could also export straight from the database.
This plugin is definitely a keeper, thank you developer:)

– Every form can be sent to different e-mail addresses (a feature that I was looking for).
– Easy way to insert forms into posts or pages (you can choose a form from a dropdown menu).
– Export to Excel.
– Good looking forms with AJAX features.
– Some minor feature are not all figured out (e.g. slugs instead of labels in e-mails)
– Admin page with form submissions is unusable when using many form fields (I use 22 different form fields so far). But because of Excel export and e-mail support – this is not a big deal. I believe this will be solved in next versions ??

Veramente semplice e completo da usare. Cercavo un forma che avesse upload di file ed é stato un lavoro di 5′. Manca solo la possibilità di manutenere i file caricati ma per questo attendiamo la prossima release!
