I’m using the Pro version for contact forms on a couple of sites. The Pro version lets you do a lot of styling to the fields and buttons on the form, but I thought that there was one feature that wasn’t there that really should be. I contacted support and about two days later had an update that did exactly what I had asked for, and you can’t ask for any better response than that!

I am using the free version of WpDevArt Forms. It was originally installed by our developers. It is very easy to use and presents a nice simple form. Recently, we experienced a problem with the dashboard display of the product. I generated a ticket on the issue. I quickly received a response asking for some additional information. I provided the requested information and early the next morning, they had resolved the issue. This is much better customer support that I have receive from other vendors whose products we actually pay for.

After months of trying to fix this and posting in the support forum, I have to uninstall it and use a different plugin. Sure, it works! Do you mind getting 15 duplicate emails every time someone uses the form? Oh, then you’ll need to use a different plugin. tldr; It has problems and there is no support.

The plugin does just what is advertised, provides an easy to use, intuitive contact form. The tech support is very responsive. I had a problem with a form and emailed support. The response was fast and they stayed on top of it until the problem was resolved. Refreshing!

I have been using Contact Form 7 for most of my clients sites, but just got tired of the layout and steps needed to install and configure. I found this plugin and it installed nicely. Was super simple to set up and adding additional fields is much easier than Contact form 7. Nice modern layout and super easy to set up. Contacted support and they were very helpful. Its my new go to contact form for all my clients WordPress site.
