Hi, I put an image to the submit button, but I would like to change the size of the button and to erase the shadow or border that appears to the right and bottom of the button. I couldn’t find how or where to do those changes. I even got the button to change on mouse hover, changing the transparency attribute. Can you help me?

I need to be able to schedule form reports to be sent on a Thursday morning, how do I do this? I currently only see the option for 7 days, but how do I change when this will send?

I have problem with showing contact formular on site. When you open contant you need to wait for 30-60s to open contact form or refresh 2-3x.

Its like your PC needs to download a lot of MB of data to show on site.

Any idea to solved this ?

I have been using this for a long time (paid version) and the site breaks when I switch to PHP 8. This is for a client site and I can’t update the Genesis blocks plugin until I can use PHP 8.

Been using this for a long time now. but noticed today it’s not showing on the wordpress page. But if i clcik preview in wp admin i can see it then when i publish it again it’s not showing. any help would be great/ i use the free version

Hi, I am building a relatively large website. It has a variety of ways for both supporters and users to get involved. These are all listed on one of my pages. What I want to do is include a contact form email box which people can enter their email address and be sent my HTML email automatically (for completion later).

I created my HTML email on a website called BEE pro, and it works nicely. However, when we copied the HTML code for the email across to the form set-up of the email, and sent a test, nothing came through.

As a matter of record, we tested the same form before putting in the HTML code and these emails came through perfectly

At bottom of the page, you hit submit but the message is not delivered to the address defined

Form has been created but it does not get delivered after hitting “Submit”

Hi, I’m looking for a wordpress plugin that manage a form with simple calculation, that also send a formatted word file to send the submition. I measn, a cutomer visit my website, complie a form with some dropdown menus, make a simple sum and send a word formatted file with the selection and values. Does your plugin do what I looking for? For 5 years I’ve been using ‘Contact form to email’ including an anti spam Captcha image with 4 to 5 characters.

Since last week, the image is no longer showing. After this I’ve updated the plugin to version (1.3.36), php (to 7.4.33) and the Theme (zeeDynamicVersie: 1.7.9). Unfortunately without any result. This makes it impossible for potential clients to send the form.

There is no error showing in the error-log.

For the time being I have disactivated the antispam Captcha image Verification in the other forms.

How can I solve this problem and use the Captcha image Verification again? Thank you! Francien

Hello,

Once an user fills in the form, they receive an email notification. The administrator however does not receive any email notification.
The email belongs to the website domaine, so that’s not the problem.
Hostinger is the hosting used for the website.

I have an error on my site. I use contact form to email for the contact forms. I also use the TranslatePress plugin to translate my site (French and English). However, when I am on my contact form in French, my captcha is displayed correctly but when I switch to the English site, the captcha is not displayed because it does not find the captcha image url in my database.

/fr/?cp_contacttoemail_captcha=captcha… will be displayed
/en/?cp_contacttoemail_captcha=captcha… will not be displayed

In the csv of the message list export there is no date field for each of the messages.

The contact form itself was not designed with a date field as this is not standard practice for contact forms. Each message in the back end list however is dated.

My expectation would be that each message exported would have the date in the csv. How can we make this happen?

I’m trying to style my contact form. This is what I have:

The css works, except the text color and background color wont change. They are still the default black and gray

Is it possible to disable the function to retain messages in the message lists? I would like the message to be deleted immediately after the email has been sent.

If not is it possible to bulk delete all stores messages?

Hey, I’ve been using this terrific app for a few years now flawlessly.
Last week I started to notice that we were getting emails with customer information and messages. I looked at all of the settings, troubleshooted everything and even made a new form and still no luck.

Again this just started happening about a week ago. Any feedback would Appreciated it.

I’m getting more and more spam by bots using contact form 2 email.
The captcha does not do anything. The spam is by bots I guess because I got the settings that one needs to accept my data privacy statement regarding sending me mails. In the mails there is usually a line that says (at the end of the message I receive):

“Accept terms and conditions of the privacy statement: I accept”

when the mark is checked so the mail can get send.

All the spam comes with a line that says for example:
“Accept terms and conditions of the privacy statement: NY”
“Accept terms and conditions of the privacy statement: BURGENLAND”
“Accept terms and conditions of the privacy statement: BN”
“Accept terms and conditions of the privacy statement: NA”
“Accept terms and conditions of the privacy statement: VIC”

So I guess the captcha has been hacked some time ago by various suckers and those bots just can spam as they do.

I’ll maybe test some other contact form. As it is now I’m just getting more and more annoyed by those scumbags.

Maybe CF2E dev(s) should consider rewriting some parts of the form.

Unfortunally, it seems it doesn’t work if I use it with my smartphone (I have an iPhone6s): no e-mail sended, no e-mail received…

I have created several forms with this plugin using the Anti Spam option. Recently, however, instead of the box with letters to type over, the text “security code” appears, making it impossible to send the form. As a result, I had to disable the Anti Spam. Used version of the plugin is 1.3.15. How can I get the Anti Spam back?

Can I save all contacted persons to the contacts table and then export it to my tasker? Thank you.

My contact form does not show the check box for accepting the terms and conditions. If I click many times around the area of where it is supposed to be it will be marked as checked when I send in the form, but I need to have it visible.
