Great Support. Had a problem with an error problem with the installation of the reCAPTCHA form. Website provider had no clue. Expert on WordPress didn’t know. Supsystic support took the time to figure out the source of the problem, and it was obscure. They sent a screenshot of installing it on another site and links to the Google areas needed to do it correctly. (the reCAPTCHA form is a Google product). Great work.

Un must pour moi. Pratique, assez complet pour les sites que je réalise. J’apprécie surtout sa facilité d’utilisation. Un petit + pourrait être la personnalisation un peu plus poussée, il faut sinon mettre les mains dans le css… mais pas toujours pratique.

On the list of features included in the description reads Main Contact Form plugin features are… File Upload Form.
I installed the plugin, got it to work and then went to add in an upload form and find this is not a part of this plugin but is a part of the Pro version which is not what is offered here on www.remarpro.com.
The plugin itself works well, it looks a little dated in design but is quite straightforward to use. If you need a contact form plugin for someone who needs a form builder front end then this may be of use, just be aware that several of the features listed are a part of a paid version and not what you are downloading here.

I now use Contact Form by Supsystic on all by websites. It’s easy to use but powerful and flexible enough to meet all your needs. If you want to upgrade to Pro (but you don’t need to and they don’t nag you!), it’s a one time fee, not an annual subscription. Awesome work Supsystic team!

Here’s what happen when people are not honest:
The PRO version is supposed to be unlimited as the website states:
Functionality for the Product is without time limit. You don’t need renew product to keep it work.
We have purchased the PRO version, however after a year we get the following message:
Your license for PRO version of Contact Form by Supsystic plugin has expired. You can click here to extend your license, then – go to License tab and click on “Re-activate” button to re-activate your PRO version.
This message cannot be removed easily and will appear on your website forever.
From support they state the following:
The word ‘Unlimited’ relates only to the functions of the pro version, but not to the license. Because the license is limited can be on 180 or 360 days. Only pro support and updates of the pro version is expired. While your free version will keep updating.

Don’t get fooled by this. Better to purchase a licence for Gravity Forms who explicitly states that their licence last for a year.

I’m using this plugin [the free version] for more then 6 months.
It is solid as a rock.
Some ‘get use to’ with the configuration and setup but, after a very short learning curve, everything is cleared.
I’m sure that I did not explore all features but I’m very happy with the basic configuration.
As for the support – I was surprised from the level for a free plugin.
I had some problem after the last upgrade and got a timely response and also direct channel with the developers to assist me.

this plugin is erratic at best the contact form doesn’t do has it’s told when i want it to popup it switches between subscribed and contact form the functions are frustrating to action. and the support is awful
