Hello, I am getting ‘http_code’ => 404 instead of an ‘ok’ response. The integration is creating a lead but nothing shows under emails.

Tave integration plugin isn’t automatically generating leads.

Revise the section Contact Form 7 -> settings:

if you are using Contact Form 7 Calendar Plugin you can use [cf7cal EventDate tabindex:05] in your form instead of [text EventDate tabindex:05], it will help keep the date in a format that makes sense to the tave database and will make it easier for your site user to input the date.

Contact Form 7 now has a date field which might be better to use in the example than recommending a user to an old, non-maintained plugin.

Hi there! I designed a site for a photography client using the ProPhoto theme. They also use Tave for their client management. One of the things they didn’t like about Tave was having their contact page direct to a Tave page outside of their site, so they contacted Tave to ask how I could embed a form directly into their site instead. Tave directed them to Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms with Tave integrations as the only options for embedding.

I liked CF7 better, especially since it’s free, so I got the form up and running on their site. The form works great and sends them emails with the info. But it’s not pulling any info at all into Tave even though I have the correct ID and key assigned. I went back to this page and saw that the FAQs say the integration plugin doesn’t work with ProPhoto. I just wanted to see if this is the cause (hoping maybe it’s an outdated answer?) or if you can possibly make some kind of update to make it work with ProPhoto.

We are SO CLOSE to having what they need working for them if we can just get the info to pull into Tave. Please help! ProPhoto and Tave are both very popular amongst photographers, so it would be such a shame if they can’t work together.

BTW, I contacted both ProPhoto and Tave, and neither had any insight to offer.

Contact forms work just fine until I want to include a file upload field. Then upon submit, the arrow spins forever. Email sends fine, even with uploaded files. I tried creating an ID for that field and then having the integration plugin not pass those fields on to Tave, but that did nothing.

I can’t seem to save my setting changes to the Tave integration. I have the contact from working correctly, submitting leads by e-mail, but I cannot seem to get the Tave integration to work. Here is what I am getting

Hi,

as posted in the Tave user forum, my integration does not work as it should.
From the Contact Form I’m getting my e-mail straight, but nothing happens in T4. I did not see any method to troubleshoot. Any help is really appreciated.

I’ve updated to WordPress 4.0 and plugin 2014.11.11, but it does not work. I do not get anything into Tave.

The php file is saying: $url = “https://tave.com/app/webservice/create-lead/{$studioID}”; // t4 endpoint, while T4 tells me the enpoint url is https://tave.com/app/webservice/create-lead/1234 – is there something wrong?
