Works great but I wish it would let me reformat the date that it displays after being picked.
For example: for Oct. 1, 2015, it displays 2015-10-01. I would prefer 10/1/15 or 10/1/2015.

Worked out of the box for me.
Tested ok on latest versions of Chrome (37.0.2062.120 m), Firefox (32.0.3), IE (11.0.9600.17280), and Android (4.4.2). Not tested on Safari, iOS, or Opera. Calendar input field comes up when user clicks on input field. Does not appear to change default behaviour in Chrome (which already has this functionality). Using U-Design WordPress theme and WP4.0.

Website owner told me they couldn’t get the date picker to work. I immediately got cranky, assuming (correctly) that it was an IE issue. Installed and activated this plugin. Works like a charm! Thanks for getting me out of my cranky IE mood!
