Plugin looks good, but when I try to go to help section on the developer website (https://renzojohnson.com/), it’s totally blank and I get WSOD. Is the plugin still going ?

I tried adding Contact Form 7 Campaign Monitor Extension and added my API Key but no contact lists show up. The debug does not work. Your website is down so I cannot use your support form. So I’m posting here as a last ditch effort.

In my CF7 form there are 2 fields for name: First name, Last name
But in the extension there is just a dropdown that doesn’t allow to select both.

How can I bring in the full name into CM?

Through development on local opt-in checkbox was working.

But now on live opt-in checkbox on CF7 form stopped working.

Plugin is connecting to CM API just fine and bringing in lists, but subscribers are just not being added.

I have often had issues with this plugin, has great bones, but why did it just stop working.

Seems others have had the same issue.

Hi I am working currently on integration Contact Form 7: Accessible Defaults plugin with this plugin and before I install this plugin I need to know:
1- can I use it with Contact Form 7: Accessible Defaults and if there is any settings or things I need to know.
2- when/if an update will be released?
3- Are you anticipate testing it with the latest version of WordPress?

I know it says not to ask questions here, but the link you provided doesn’t have a contact page on it anymore.

I’ve found that if you try to pass the ‘raw’ field eg [_raw_{field name}] as a Custom Field to Campaign Monitor, the form returns a 500 error.

Is there any way of sending raw field values to CM?

After configuring the extension, the subscriber’s email is going to Campaign monitor list which is good but the form on WordPress website keeps loading and success message isn’t showing.

The extension does not appear to be working with the latest version of CF7, throws JSON Parse error unrecognised token ‘<‘

Possibly related to integration with Google Recaptcha? Can’t show you the page at present because the site is behind an Under Construction page, but could you look into it?

When I have the extension activated, the forms were just hanging – no forms submitted, no emails added to CM lists. Just the ‘sending’ animation in a constant loop.

CF7 CM Ext debugging screen was also blank.

However, after looking in the Error logs on the web server, I found this:

So it was caused by a conflict with another plugin “Campaign Monitor Dashboard”

When deactivated, issues were resolved, forms sent, emails subscribed.

Hi there,

I recently installed your plugin and one of my forms is behaving correctly – it uses radio buttons to ‘opt in’ and sends emails through to Campaign Monitor. My newsletter form is not behaving however – it is using a hidden checkbox to opt in. Same API / list ID, confused.

When I have the extension enabled, clicking ‘send’ button does actually send the form, but users don’t receive a confirmation and instead the form shows the ‘sending’ animation.

If I disable the plugin it works fine. Is there a fix for this? I have everything up to date

The newest version of CF7 (4.2) doesn’t seem to be playing nicely with this plugin. They changed the UI for the forms, and the custom API fields are nowhere to be found.

I updated to the latest version of CF7 (4.1) and it appears to be causing a conflict with this plugin. Forms are no longer being processed. It just hangs when you click on the submit button.
On deactivating this plugin, forms are processed again.
Any ideas for a fix/update?

Hi

I have two columns typically under the map on the contact page. The first column is the contact 7 form, the second on the right is address etc.
When i activate this plugin, it drops the address (text box via visual composer) underneath the contact 7 form.
As soon as I de-activate the plugin, the problem disappears.

The below hidden DIV that is placed at the top of the form call is causing an alignment issue in my footer.
