Easy to setup, but it never asked for my constant contact information. It did ask me to log into their site, which I did, only to discover there was no place to actually link to my Constant Contact account, so I deleted the plug in.

This plugin requires you to create an account on a third party website just to embed a little form. When you get to the site all kinds of annoying pop ups come at you. When you finally create the form you can’t just embed it, you have to use a short code that includes the Contact Us logo. To remove their logo you have to pay $20/month. I hated the entire process.

Needs more narrow form options. But, as is, I was able to get it to work with no problems. It has tons of features and was easy enough to setup.
