Installed this on a new client site without realizing it was a “trial” plugin. After we reached the end of the “trial,” I had ZERO access to the forms I had created. Only way to get access was to pay their over-the-top monthly / yearly fees! Needless to say, I will NOT be subscribing.

Used this plugin for ages, very easy to use. Ran into a problem today so I emailed support, and a lad called Andrew got back to me in a matter of minutes with an easy solution. Great product and support.

The Mailmunch app is easy to install, but their documentation did not inform me that when they added a name to my new product mail list, they would remove that name from other existing lists. You would think this would be properly documented! I lost hundreds of names from dozens of other lists.
No-one can help me restore my lists. I asked Constant Contact for help but they refused as I did not use their native app. Constant Contact claims that Mailmunch is a “shoddily built API that uses capturing based on cached data”
So, neither Constant Contact nor Mailmunch really gives a damn about their customer.

This is perfect plugin to integrate constant contact in your WP site. It allows you to create nice looking forms/pop-up and adds your subscribers to Constant Contact lists. They also send you an email with weekly summary of your contact lists.
Highly recommended!

I find it verging on unethical when a supplier makes it really easy to sign up for their service, but when you want to cancel, there is no functionality on their website to cancel your subscription. No problem. I’ll send an email to their billing support email. Only to get an email back informing you that this email address is not monitored and that you have to use one of their other contact methods. Still eager to resolve the issue without too much fuss (like with most other subscriptions for plug-ins on WordPress) you go to the chat line. Only to be informed that billing queries can only be handled by telephone. So even though you live in South Africa, you make an international phone call to cancel your membership. Once you’re on the line, you have to tell your story to at least three different people until you get transferred to the correct “cancellations” department (while those international phone minutes are ticking away.)
Eventually you speak to the right person and you are assured that your membership will be cancelled. Only – two months later – you get charged for the renewal of your membership. And the process repeats itself. You cannot email or resolve it via their chat “helpline.” So you are forced to make another international telephone call and you think that this company is sailing very close to the “too unethical to ever do business with again” border and you feel that you should warn other users about their practices.

Ladies and Gentlemen!
I have been working with Constant Contact and also with Mailmunch for inserting forms in my page. It has been enjoyable and user friendly.
Thank you for the great tools!

Requires third party account, everything except basic functionality is locked. Not the wordpress way.

A waste of time. As is the tutorial. Made a form. Now what? Can’t make it appear anywhere to even preview it on my website. Lack of controls. Seems to drastically slow down my website when I went to preview. Can’t risk implementing this even if I could get it to work.
Also, it seems you need to upgrade to premium to get at anything useful, but not sure of the usefulness. Customer support seems slow (four days to reply with nothing helpful) and useless as well. Can’t understand the good reviews.

waste of time, looks easy but very difficult. plugin wants to do everything on their website, never got it to work no easy way to integrate to your wp site

After going through a tedious setup process twice, discovered that this plugin has EXTREMELY limited options. There is no way to embed a form where you want it via shortcode. Cannot be placed in the middle of the sidebar, or on a signup page. It either has to take over and reformat every single page and post on the website, or it has to replace the sitewide sidebar. Also very limited styling options. You have to select one of the few non-premium form themes and accept however it looks.

I found Constant Contact Form plugin easy to use. But I have to explore more on this and observe how it will perform once I launch my website.

If you use Constant Contact for your newsletters, this is a required app for all WordPress sites. Works seamlessly and without issues!

So I need to join MailMuch to be able to use Constant Contact? No thank you.

I should say first: I tried Constant Contact’s own plugin, and it was a total mess, which sent me to MailMunch’s– and I’m really loving the ease of use and the simple, straightforward interface. It looks good, and it works.
And! Also! When I encountered some difficulties– conflicts with cache plugins– they were super-responsive and offered a solution within a few days. Love it.

Just as described. Works great. Absolutely no complaints.

I literally looked for days for a clean solution to implement lead capture to my blog and website. Ain’t it funny how it’s always the last place you look where you actually find what you’re looking for!

Work perfectly as a free version with options. If you like to tinker the premium version is amazing.

Lacks some customizability, but that’s to be expected with a free tool.

If you know Constant Contact, and you are familiar with WordPress, this plug-in is a snap! Just started using it, but it seems very easy to use.

So far, this is a very cool plugin that was super easy to install. My site is not live yet, so when it is, I’ll update my review as to functionality. But, again – it has been great so far. Thanks so much!

This plugin should be very useful, I only installed it today so we shall see, I will report back a little later after it has been going for a bit.

Easy to use. Functional. And good looking.
For those wondering… it DOES require you to sign up for MailMunch account. There is a free version (branded with limited features). It is easy to use and looks nice.
But the fact that the author does not make this clear before you download the plugin cost them one star. (Transparency gets five stars).

Great plug-in for Constant Contact signup form !

So I have to join MailMunch, signing up for a service I don’t even want, to be able to access my Constant Contact signups? Uh, no. Unless my site can interface directly with CC, forget it. There are other plugins that can do this. Keep your MailMunch. Uninstalled.
