The Form creates a “catchall”company ticket. everything works fine except the contact information.
the contact defaults to “valued customer” and there is not contact information at all. it seems to create a contact with email (if you switch contacts) but the address information is missing from the ticket.
the follow is the only error section i can find in the log.
2020-03-03 15:50:42.605904 – DEBUG –> GFConnectWise::send_request(): response[body] => {
“code”: “InvalidObject”,
“message”: “company object is invalid”,
“errors”: [
{
“code”: “ObjectExists”,
“message”: “Company ID already in use.”,
“resource”: “company”,
“field”: “identifier”
any support on this would be appreciated.
Thanks

]]>Getting 404 errors unable to connect to API.
]]>Hello,
I have used gravity form WordPress plugin which provides connectwise add on. Last year in November, i have done integration of both in my site.
However from last few days, i can see in CMS that following fields under ConnectWise Settings showing red “X” sign in front of it:
– ConnectWise URL
– Company ID
– Public API Key
– Private API Key
I guess it should display a green check sign in front of all above fields for successful connection.
I have tried by creating new API Keys, but still getting the same error.
Kindly look into this matter and help me.
Thanks!

Hello,
I’ve been using this connect-wise integration addon with Gravity Forms and it’s working great with the exception of one aspect. Whenever I set the user in the feed, the ticket that appears in Connect-Wise always defaults back to the company contact which is causing issues with the flows we have set up, what can I do to ensure the contact is set correctly.
Thanks!
]]>Have noticed over the last few months that our plugin would stop functioning with aspect to the ConnectWise API function. This option would just go away like it wasn’t installed.
Recently I found that after doing WordPress plugin updates, the ConnectWise option would be removed. This time I simply deactivated the gravity form plugin for ConnectWise and then activated it. It instantly reappeared. The settings are always intact, just the ConnectWise option goes away. I found this by receiving the normal email from the form being filled out but no ticket appearing.
Proto Support requested I add this to this forum to see if others are having simular issues.
]]>I have migrated my site and keep getting the following errors with GravityForms ConnectWise’s “feed settings”. I have disabled all plugins, deleted gravityforms and connectwise, switched my theme to a default theme and reloaded just the gravityforms plugin and connectwise plugin. No other plugins are active. I have cleared caches (browser, wordpress, host) as well. I am still getting the same errors. Please advise. Thank you.

]]>Hi. We love your plugin. Although we’re able to get a text paste of the info from the form, the fields from the Gravity Form to ConnectWise aren’t mapping. If there’s anything you could do to help with this, we’d greatly appreciate it.
]]>I created a demo on gravity forms and installed your plugin to create contacts on a specific company.
I have everything set up on ConnectWise and the plugin.
When I fill the Gravity Forms form the records are not being created on ConnectWise.
I don’t know if it’s because I’m using a demo gravity forms website or some incompatibility.
My ConnectWise it’s cloud solution latest version.
1. How do I stop a company from being created when the gravity form gets sent to connectwise? We only want it to create a support ticket.
2. When adding Map Fields to the feed settings in wordpress gravity froms can additional map fields from connectwise be added. ie in our contact form on wordpress the enquirer needs to submit their industry which we have under market in connectwise. I’d like this to be a mapped field from wordpress to connectwise.
thanks

]]>I recently installed the ConnectWise plugin with the Gravity Forms. I’m trying to add a Feed under settings > connectwise but after almost a minute the Chrome browser times out.

]]>Hi, we’ve created a basic contact form with a Connectwise feed. Some initial testing showed that the form was successfully sending entries to Connectwise, but we’ve launched the site and are now having a problem.
After the form is completed and submitted, it hangs and the form does not display the confirmation message. The entry is logged in the Gravity forms entry log, but it does not get sent to Connectwise.
The Connectwise settings page shows no errors, it’s all green checkmarks. The version number is 1.2.10.
Any help would be appreciated.

So when a tech uses it the ticket gets created already under the right company. How possible are these fields with your integration?
