Is there a setting or a work-around to allow a customer to add their own Device name when they are creating their Service request? There will be a standard Brand list and the repair price is constant across all devices.

First, i have a question, there is a way to put decimals to 0?, because, in my country we don′t use decimals, i tried to put them to 0, but it′s get back to two, woocommerce does it.
second, there is a problem with the services, since when I create a new product, it drags the services with it, and I have to be removing the services that do not correspond to it by hand, it is quite tedious, with few services, I imagine when I have more services and products.
I bought a month of the plugin to test it with all its capabilities, and looks pretty good to me, I plan to buy a lifetime license, but I would like to solve those 2 problems that I have for now.

I would like to have the case number to be generate as normal numbers for the first case we are adding like prefix_00001 the second case that will be added to be prefix_00002 and so one. Right now it generates a long random number that is difficult for the client to insert and check his case and also is difficult for us to follow.

Hello so when i select device from the form no matter what device I pick if I pick the iPhone 8 it gives me iPhone 8 screen repair but also if i pick iPhone 8 plus it gives me iPhone 8 screen repair. AND NO ONE CAN CREATE A JOB OR REGISTER USING THE CRM PLUGIN UNLESS HE IS REGISTERED AND THE PLUGIN CAN IMPORT HIS INFO FROM WORDPRESS (NO NEED TO ADD MANUALLY) THIS IS FOR SECURITY REASONS AND SPAM.

I’m trying to set up the plugin to work with the products I currently have in my Woocommerce store but we are facing some issues. The product quantity is not getting deducted automatically from Woocommerce products when a job is delivered. The “Manage Woo Stock” option is set to “ON” for all the Job Statuses but still, nothing is changing in the product stock.

I think It may need an update in order to work with Woocommerce version 7.X.

Whenever clicked on the “Select Manufacturer” scroll to device and when clicked on specific device goes to the “Select Services” and finally on click it should scroll down to the Customer Information.
Is that something possible or is there anything that I can do to achieve this?

I am running version 3.58 and have problems with user roles and permissions. I installed the plugin in June 2021 and had no problems setting up a test product and test service when I was site administrator.

Now I cannot amend services as site administrator, technician, store manager or shop manager – error message is “sorry you cannot access this page”. I can only amend products if I use the ones in woocommerce and not repairbuddy itself.

As site administrator I cannot amend my own role to anything else – error message is “The current user’s role must have user editing capabilities.” even though a site administrator does have the ability to edit users

Please let me know what permissions are needed for a user to create or edit products and services.
