I don’t understand how to run composer update in step 2. Are there some simple instructions how to do this?

Hi,
I had put a TABS element in one of my pages and it looked fine until now…
The big grey buttons at the top and the super thight frame weren’t there before… Do you know what could’ve happened?
I really would like to go back to the first look it had, like in the original demo template that I bought (LaBomba).
