I was wondering if there is a simple way to limit the number of displayed meta fields to 5 (for example) and display the next 5 results on the next page?

I made my fields, and it shows on the edit post. Is there function code for functions and a php line for my template. How do I get my fields to show on the front end. Need some help, can do php, but not a master.
