Hi Support Team,
I am facing an issue with the Coinbase Commerce – Crypto Gateway for WooCommerce plugin. When customers try to place an order using this payment method, they encounter the following error message:
“There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your order history before placing the order again.”
I have checked my settings and can’t find any clear reason for this error. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
Thank you for your assistance!
Best regards,
Ehtisham ul haq
Hi, The payments done through Coinbase are done successfully but the status is stay on hold. Alao when after a successfull checkout, then not comeback to website thank you page.
]]>Hi there,
I installed the plugin with woocommerce and created a coinbase test account, but I’m unable to make a transaction. Once I enter the coinbase account email, I get the following error:
Is this an isssue with the plugin or the coinbase account?
Also, the order goes through on Woocommerce and an order email goes out, instead of sending a “failed order” email, which is not the expected behaviour.
I’m using the free Version 1.6.1 for Coinbase on WordPress 6.5, no custom code
]]>We’ve set the API, as well as webhooks. In the free plugin, the WooCommerce order ID was shown in Coinbase Commerce portal under Payments. After upgrading to Coinbase Commerce Pro, there is no more WooCommerce order ID in Coinbase, not even when we enter the order itself on Coinbase. Why?
Free plugin: https://prnt.sc/lUrVe8wu_bpd (you can see that it shows woocommerce order ID in second column)
Pro plugin: https://prnt.sc/DKpf2HopY505 (no woocommerce id shown, even if we enter the order)
Why is this? Surely not on our end as we only upgraded from free to pro plugin, we still use API + webhook and the payments work perfectly fine.
]]>I enabled the woocommernce High-performance order storage to increase performance and was forced to disable the Coinbase Commerce due to it’s not compatible. Will these be addressed in an update?

]]>Hello,
First of all, thank you for plugin. We plan to get PRO version of it.
But, we found a bug in FREE version
We typed gateway description in backend but it doesn’t display in frontend.

]]>Hello!
Whenever a customer pays for my downloadable virtual product on WooCommerce via Coinbase gateway, the system gives such a message on the order page after successful payment:
“Coinbase payment was successfully processed. Order status changed from Blockchain Pending to Processing.”
Instead it should set the status to Completed.

The reason we got is the following:
Coinbase payment detected, but awaiting blockchain confirmation. Order status changed from Pending payment to Blockchain Pending.
Any idea how to fix, or what is the issue?

]]>Hello, I noticed that the logo from checkout page (for coinbase commerce) is not fully transparent which makes it to looks weird if your background color is different than white for this I played a bit with photoshop and fixed it. If Coinbase Commerce developers add it in the next update will be very nice because you have to do these steps every time there is new update and yeah.
Steps how to fix:
1 – Go to ../wp-content/plugins/commerce-coinbase-for-woocommerce/assets/images
2 – Delete icon.png
3 – Go to https://i.imgur.com/WNtCb3O.png and save the image as icon.png
4 – Upload the new icon.png in the directory from where you deleted the original one
5 – You are done
I hope Coinbase Commerce add this in the next update!

I have set up a new coinbase account using coinbase commerce.
This was not an easy task as there isn’t very good documentation.
Is it possible to have the payments go to my standalone self hosted wallet that I set up using coinbase?
Thank you for your assistance.
Hi,
Welcome to the support of Coinbase Commerce for WooCommerce.
If you’ve any suggestions to make this plugin more useful. We’re open for suggestions, you can post your suggestion.
Thank you.
Hello,
after connecting my woocommerce to commerce coinbase, I tried to make a payment. At the end of the “place order” process, I receive an error of which I took a screenshot:
https://i.postimg.cc/BbNZn7m9/Immagine2.png
During the process, no QR code or other related to payment is displayed.
https://i.postimg.cc/sfJ5WV8y/Immagine3.png
Another very unfortunate thing is that although the user who buys receives an error, as if the payment was not successful, I still receive an email with the order, which is paid even if it is not!

I don’t understand where the problem is.
I hope you can help me.
Hi,
I think I have set this up correctly:
Added the API Key, and the webhook URl:
https:/<<siteurl>>?rest_route=/ccfwc/v1/complete-payment
The payment gateway is appearing at checkout, but when I hit “Place order”, it returns the error “Error Code: 401 Message: Unauthorized”
Any suggestions what I may be doing wrong
