Howdy, hoping all is well. When editing a comment it shows quicktags instead of the TinyMCE. Is there any interest in overriding the default WP edit comment form to also support TinyMCE?
]]>Hello, when I turn on the plug-in, the comments field has an html (code) view, not a visual one. And the function keys are at the bottom of the screen, such as the send comment button.
Something isn’t quite working right.
The field should also not be formatted when pasting text – it should only be framed like regular text.
]]>First of all, I am leaving this question because it is a plugin I really want to use.
I am using the GeneratePress theme. However, even after activating the plugin, tinymce’s editing window was not visible.
So, I thought it might be a conflict with the plugin that blocks spam in other comments, so I disabled all plugins, but it didn’t work either.
Just in case, I changed the theme to WordPress’s default theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) and confirmed that it worked.
In this case, how can I make tinymce appear in the comment window in GeneratePress?
Since it has already been configured to match the existing theme, I cannot show it not working, but once again, the editor window is not visible in the GeneratePress theme.
Thank you for developing this highly anticipated plugin and we look forward to a good solution.
