I have been a customer of Comm100’s for a few years and this plugin makes getting the chat feature added to my site very simple. You do need a Comm100 account to use this plugin, but they give a two week free trial for new customers. I highly recommend you check them out if you need a good, reliable website live chat and/or contact form.

Could not find the ongoing cost until I had signed up.
At $21/mth per user… the free trial is a bit of a joke.

Tried this initially, but had bugs and support was a nightmare. Plus i liked all the other features i get with Lucky Orange.
