There’s a reason why these clowns have 1 star. It’s because you can’t rate anyone lower than 1 star. If you want your credit card to be charged multiple times add this plugin. If you want to receive over 50 emails in 4 days add this plugin. If you want a horrible customer service experience add this plugin. If you want a chat solution that potentially could be the best chat solution in the world but have a lot of time, money and translators to manage getting it up and running then add this plugin. Going to puke now!

Do NOT Buy!!
This company doesn’t have standard of customer service or business ethics. They are located in India. I have self-hosted licence which I purchased last year. I paid more than $400 USD for nothing. Every time I need supports and open a ticket, it takes them forever. My ticket 5 months ago still hasn’t resolved. Now they ask me to change to a monthly plan because they discontinue the self-hosted licence. That is the reason they don’t support old customers anymore. They only need money from you. This is worst purchase ever in my life.

Cometchat doesn′t respect customers, changed commercial plans, increased a lot the price for the same features. Updates only for the new clients, don’t inform about in any channel how go to cloud service.
All customers have license with free updates included, but Cometchat don′t care.
