The plugin works great and is very important from a marketing perspective. It’s no secret that the user can forget about the site, dealing with his life, his problems and never come back to the site, or come back not very soon.
An email as a reminder, and a well crafted one, can encourage a return to the site.
I hope that the author of the plugin will continue to develop it, it’s been a long time since there was an update.
