Hello everyone,

I accidentally set my WordPress site to stop showing headings on my blog posts. I suspect that’s because I deactivated the “Enable block header” option in the customizer on another page.

If I now activate the option again, “My heading is awesome” appears on all pages, but not the actual title of the blog post. How do I get my headings back? Maybe there’s another option than “Enable block header” that I haven’t found yet?

I use Colibri WP.

Hi all, there’s a plugin conflict with the “The Post Grid” plugin. When both “Colibri Page Builder” and “The Post Grid” plugins are active, the search form no longer works.

Can you run some tests & see if you experience the same issues? Thank you!

While using Colibri Page Builder, my fonts only show up when I’m editing. As soon as I’m leaving edit-mode, the Google Fonts do not load anymore. Switching the “Loading Google Fonts Locally” solves the problem, but slows the website down.

How can I fix this?

As the subject suggests, I’ve purchased the Lifetime Pro version of the Colibri WP theme. But I cannot customize it because the required PageBuilder plugin just hangs on “Loading. Please wait” with a spinning circle.

Things I’ve tried:

• Deleting and reinstalling the plugin
• Deactivating all other plugins
• Using the free non-pro PageBuilder as a test
• Using a different browser with no previous cache or cookies

I’m at a loss for what else I could possibly do here, but it seems this non-functioning plugin is required to edit the theme, which is a real show-stopper.

I’ve opened a support ticket hours ago, but have yet to receive a response. Please someone help.

I dont know if is an update, or that I could make some wrong, but my menus are not working, dont display the topics inside, please help!

Hello, we’re trying to use a non-default header for an inner page, and have created a few. But after the draft is saved and the editor is refreshed, it changes back to the default header.

Is this a template issue, am I not saving correctly or something?

I’m trying to help a user, and it seems their Home page is bricked.
It’s made using Colibri, but if I go ahead and try to edit the page, I don’t see the “Content” section in Colibri builder.

I cannot edit anything on the page. The footer is also messed up.
I can’t post the link here, but anyone have any suggestions on how to restore or fix it? It’s already updated to lastest version, and only Home page has this issue. Other pages can be edited normally and footer is not messed up.

Whatever they did on Homepage bricked it and cannot be fixed I think.

I want to use a different background on the hero for each page. but it doesn’t seem to be possible, because when I change the hero background on one page, on the other page the hero background also changes.

How do you put in Microdata structured data markup? I tried using shortcode, using a shortcode component, but the itemtype, itemprop and itemscope markup I put in is missing from the backend.

Can you please add the changelog to the readme.txt? At least the most recent versions? Right now we can’t determine the impact of an update.

I keep getting bombarded with emails saying there are “Vulnerabilities: Colibri Page Builder v1.0.24” and its talking about “XSS flaws”, then the help pages tells me to update the plug in, but there’s no available update.

When do you expect there to be an new update available to fix this issue?

Hope to get new updated version soon, for there is no way to fix the problem, If deactivated, the site gets broken

I use Wpengine as my hosting platform, and every time a change is made to my site the plugin autoloads a lot of data causing my site to go down.

Setting up the Colibri plug-in for Website 1 and upgrading to the PRO version that came with coverage for five websites was a smooth process without any issues. However, when I installed and activated the Colibri plug-in for Website 2, nothing happened. Although it shows that the plug-in is active, it doesn’t appear on the WordPress dashboard or the header. I tried deactivating all other plug-in in the hopes of getting the Colibri plug-in to work, but unfortunately, it didn’t solve the problem. Additionally, I’m unable to access the plug-in for Website 2 and add the license key to get the PRO version installed. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

One of my co-workers recently added something to our front page built in Colibri using the Skyline template and shortly after the page changed. It now has lost most of the customization including colors and some graphics. When I try to fix it I am not able to edit at all. I think this might be because my coworker added things using the Elementor builder. I even reverted to an older version of the page but it still looks wrong and I can’t edit. Please help, I don’t want to redesign the page with another builder but that is starting to look like my only option. I was working on my website https://www.lucacaserta.com to upgrade it to a new graphic and I’ve installed the Colibri Theme to my wordpress, then I installed the Colibri’s page builder and the website gave a permanent fatal error which I can’t fix. Hi I installed colibri and althea wp. When the Althea theme is active the Colibrì plugin crashes (error line 213). If I disable Althea Wp the plugin works.

I’m using the free version of colibri theme and the page builder stopped working. when I install it, it says: loading but it never loads. I’ve deleted and re-installed and still not working. Do I need to pay for the PRO version? or what changed? I used this in the past on a different website and it was working perfectly.

I aspected that while typing the name of a article category, a list of them appear. Instead nothing appear, except a “no data” message.
On another site, with same release of colibri and WP, the list is displayed.

I hope someone could help me with this issue. I am using colibri page builder and trying to edit my front page and all it does is say loading please wait… I have deactivated all plugins except colibri and it still does the same thing. I have reached out to there support but they are very slow at replying back. Any help would be much appreciated. If I edit other pages aside from my main page it loads right up
