Has the Codisto Connector plugin been abandoned by the developer? My client is still being charged US$64.90 per month including GST but there is no support ?

The plugin has not been updated in over 12 months. Support questions are completely ignored.

We posted an issue on the Codisto Github repo – but there has been no action on that repo for over 1 year https://github.com/CodistoConnect/CodistoConnect-WooCommerce/issues.

I tried directly reaching out to the developer – with no response.

Anything ? or do we just try and find another solution?

we are testing your plugin, in the paid pro version, to manage our shop created with Woocommerce which we would also like to show on Ebay, but we are already encountering various problems in the creation of the Advertisements (as Ebay calls them) i.e. the export of products from Woocommerce to Ebay.

We are using the “Multi Edit Mode” and we select only a few products at a time, no more than 10, but the passage of products from Woo to Ebay does not take place.

While every morning we receive emails that some products, 3-4 randomly every day, have been added to Ebay.

The settings are all correct. We are using WordPress version 6.2 and PHP 8.0.28.

We would like to understand if this is the standard functioning of the plugin or if, as we hope, it can work better, both in this phase to bring products from Woocommerce to Ebay.

And then also for data synchronization, but this is a later issue, which now interests us less.

I’ve been using this plugin for a while now, but recently I seem to be getting this error frequently. I read on some other topic here that I could delete codisto.crt on my website files which does work, but temporarely. If possible how can I fix this issue permanently.

Codisto has been working great for me until it wasn’t. It actually stopped working before even changing domains. Now that I changed domains. I managed to get through the first error which was the error processing request. I fixed that by deleting codisto.crt file. Now I’m stuck in this loop whenever I click “Continue with the new website address” Anyway I can reset the plugin or Re-register my website? could not find anything helpful in the F&Q of the plugin as well. Thanks in advance

However, my dropshipping provider is having an issue reading this providers WooCommerce Rest API because it is custom written by this other Walmart Integration provider.

With that said, I am looking for another solution/integration.

Does Codisto provide this standardize API for both Walmart, eBay and Amazon?

I really need my dropshipping company to be able to read the WooCommerce Rest API in order to to confirm, process and ship orders.

When an order is created on ebay, it creates 2 orders on my woocommerce site. This is resulting in duplicate orders being sent out from the warehouse!

Whatever I’m trying, I just can’t change the defaul eBay-Template. I created several, deleted everything on my server, re-installed the plugin, changed the using template in every order (single-editor and multi-editor).

Nothing helps, it always uses the default template no matter how much I’m editing in the default.html .

I installed the plugin and tried to use it for integrating with Amazon sales channel.
However after installing the plugin whenever i tried to go to settings or any other option of the plugin it prompted for log in as my Admin. When i logged in as Admin another window got opened inside the wordpress panel. When i again tried to use any option of the plugin similar log in pop up opened again. Tried other option to check but whenever i tried to use any option only log in pop opens.

Have i made any mistake in using the plugin.

Hello. We are trying out this plugin on a free trial and so far it looks great! I have a question about Ebay product identifiers. My colleague has been adding our product identifier to Ebay’s Reference OE/OEM Number rather than the usual fields e.g. UPC/EAN/ISBN. Is it possible to map the WooCommerce field SKU to the Reference OE/OEM Number? I cant find a way of doing it. It seems to only allow mapping to UPC/EAN/ISBN

I hope you can help us. We use your plugin “Woocommerce Ebay & Amazon integration”. This plugin works very well so far. However, we have a problem that all orders via Amazon do not list taxes. Basically we charge 16% VAT on the product and the shipping costs according to German law. This is correctly stored at Amazon as well as in the store.

We also assume that this error is the decisive reason for another error. For many orders via Amazon our shipping costs are cancelled as soon as an order is marked as “completed”.

Is there a possibility to transfer the taxes correctly after the import?

When users purchase our products from eBay Australia, the orders come through to WooCommerce fine, but the weight data is not always populated.

This occurs more frequently with bundled products, but affects non-bundled products too.

Can you advise how we can make sure the product weight data is *always* populated from eBay orders?

As of today the plugin stopped working. Upgrading it had no effect. When trying to open it in plugin settings getting:
Error processing request
cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

The plugin is improperly translating the weight to ebay.

Our product is 0.0283495 pounds, but it’s being translated to 1 pound 8 ounces on ebay.

when i install Codisto LINQ plugin in woocommerce multisite.

I have some doubts before downloading and start using this plugin.
1. I would like to create the feed to have my products in amazon, is this possible?
2. If the above is possible, at Amazon I would like to sell two types of products: some of them will be active in my woocommerce, but others will be products out of season and therefore will not be active on my website (they will be as draft ). Is it possible that those products saved as draft appear in my feed to be able to sell them on Amazon?

We have a live WooCommerce website that is using a custom plugin and some other contributed ones in order to import our products from our eBay shop.
It works automatically and we are not doing in order to syncing inventory from eBay to our WooCommerce.
Its import the categories from eBay and copy them to WooCommerce and also add products to its categories.
This custom plugins are crashing sometimes so we are looking for a new solution.

We need to update our WooCommerce products automatically when they change in eBay(price ,sales,stock,images,etc)
Its a one way sync ( Ebay to WooCommerce ) and we are not looking for syncing the inventory from the WooCommerce to eBay .. we just need vice versa so if a price changes in the eaby we want it to be change also in WooCommerce automatically.

Do you think your plugin works with our needs?

Im new to this plugin, ive got someone that is sure there ebay and woocommerce shop orders where all showing in the same place, in the woo commerce orders tab, now the woo commerce orders tab just shows there orders and the ebay orders are under amazon and ebay, marketplace orders, when theres a sale on ebay it appears to be correcting the stock level as it should though, can anyone point me in the right direction to get them appears in once place again? thanks

I’m not sure this product is suitable for my needs e.g. syncing with Ebay (I’ve not used Amazon yet).
My difficulties all result from the fact Ebay and my online store have different priorities when listing products so I can’t sync all of my online store on a single go, I need to significantly tailor each Ebay listing. This reduces the ability to use Codisto in a time saving manner e.g.

a) The title used in a estore for a product is quite different to a title used for a listing on Ebay. All titles need to be adapted for Ebay.
b) The estore description includes internal weblinks to other product etc. Google likes this, but Ebay doesn’t so I must redesign my product descriptions.
c) Pricing is different on both selling formats. I use a number of different suppliers and can’t simply add a set % or set ￡ addition to determine the Ebay selling price, I need to review each price based on profit margin, postage costs, competitors on Ebay etc
d) Images on the estore need to be kept small in size (kb) or Google etc don’t like it. Ebay likes big images and will happily take whatever I give provided the image isn’t too small in pixels.
e) We are a charity and Ebay allows our listing s to be set as “100% Charitable donation”. We get a discount on our fees as a result. Listing via Codisto doesn’t have a facility to auto set the charitable donation so we incur a fee at the point of listing.
f) As above, we are a charity. The Codisto price structure doesn’t offer a discount to registered charities.

Codisto keeps my stock levels across all marketplaces accurate, but does the cost match this single benefits?

The other problem i’m having is the payment types. Seems that website keeps updating payment types, I can’t see how to select which payment types in the plugin.

Hello, I installed the Codisto Amazon & eBay Integration plugin (for WooCommerce) and signed up, but unfortunately, I get a blank, grey page on every plugin setting page and this message: “Requests to the server have been blocked by an extension.”

I assumed it may have been a security plugin like iThemes or WordFence, but I tried disabling those plugins but the problem still persists.
