CM Pop-Up Banners causes a fatal error on the site. I’ve tried it on the production and staging sites. The free version seems to be the only plugin that will do what we need. Below is the warning. Thanks for any help!

WordPress version 6.7.2
Active theme: Hestia (version 3.2.8)

This app has been working fine for years, but the latest update WILL break your whole wordpress website. An email even comes through from WordPress stating this after the website is totally down.

This needs fixing!!

Hi,

I installed your plugin, and it’s nearly perfect!
However, whatever I do, if there is my cookie plugin
on my website, if we click anywhere on the page, the
popup closes itself, while I want it to close only when
we click on the modal overlay of the plugin, or the X
button of the plugin itself.

Could you help me with that issue, please?

Your latest release of version 1.5.1 has failed to update automatically and won’t update manually either. The plugin is currently activated but not in use.

Hi, i’m using the free version but doesn’t seem to work and i think the problem is that i can’t see in the add campaign page the DISPLAY METHOD right after the TYPE choice in the campaign options panel.

How come this plugin doesn’t allow for spacing between sentences in the visual pane? Seems you need to code the html in the text pane for it to work.

Hi, I have uploaded the plugin and sucessfuly configured a New Campaign. I have problem though. Each time when I open the site for the first time i cannot see the banner – it shows just a cross. When i refresh, the banner is visible. Can u pls help?

I cannot find the “new advertising item” button after creating the campaign.

No JS error, last wordpress version, last plugin version

Tested in IE, Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

Is there a link to create de item (https://mysite/plugin/cmpopup/createitem.htm?campaign=xxxx, for example) to bypass this error meanwhile a solution is not implemented ?

Hello,
I like the plugin a lot.
But I was wondering if it’s possible to make the background being still active/listening for mouse interaction like hover?

My site has a top menu with drop down on hover, but this doesn’t work when the pop up is active.

Is there something I can do…maybe with some custom css??

Is it possible, to have the popup have different colored back grounds and maybe different text? Or have different individual popups of different color. That load on the page but not the same popup twice?

ex: Don’t want people to see the same popup and think not to read it.
