We just updated the plugin to the latest and suddenly all the staff is getting this error, only on the dashboard. Reports, holidays etc are working fine and showing. they just cannot see the dashboard, where they have to clock in and clock out.

We tried everything disabling other plugins, disabling the theme and going to default theme, increasing PHP memory, nothing works.

and suddenly all the staff is getting this error on their respective dashboards

I am a bit annoyed. I have been trying to add a new staff member for days now and it’s not working. I’ve selected their user account, they have a subscriber role and everything and when i click on “add staff” it reloads the page and doesn’t actually add the staff member.

I am having an issue – when any of my staff members login, they are redirected to “wp-admin/admin.php?page=subscribers-staff-attendance/” and it says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

How do I fix it so that when they log in it redirects them to the page so they can see all the other buttons to clock out/break, etc?

So the problem basically is I have a custom user role created for client and I want the clock menu to be visible and access to them but currently only administrator is set to access it. Can u tell what function we can add for allowing new roles?

I have installed my Intranet website on Local PC. I have used xampp to create and host a WordPress Website. Everything works fine, I am able to install plugins, themes etc. Not the problem comes when I am trying to change the plugin settings. Every plugin settings shows error something like this.

Hi. Is there a way for a specific user, like an accountant, to get access to all reports and users on the frontend? I wouldn’t want them to get access to the wordpress dashboard and menus.

How would an employee request leave on the frontend? All the employee sees in the clock in portal is time in and outs.

Congratulations for the work and the software you have made. I wanted to use Clock In Portal for a project, but I checked and it doesn′t work for a wordpress multisite installation. I am wondering if the Pro version works for multisite?

If It doesn′t work either, are you planning to make the changes in order to make possible that the plugin works on a multisite installations too?

I really like your plugin for wordpress. It has everything I need for a time clock, however one thing that I would like is to be able to have your time portal be a page on my website rather than a seperate dashboard.

How do you display this on the front end … shortcode … widget ???

When viewing report(s), the details of employee hours are hidden in the Sunday line. See example below.

While the information is properly stored, I believe there is a HTML/CSS causing the details to be displayed improperly.

The Clock in Portal does not give permission to Shop_manager roles on the WordPress dashboard. I am using the User Role Editor plugin but can not find what permission I must allow for the Shop Manager role to use Clock in Portal.

How can I add this permission/button for my Woocomerce Staff?

I just installed this plug-in yesterday, it’s tested fine. However, in this morning at about 9:50am, when I logged into the page as a staff, it still shows the record from yesterday. Thus I can not “office in”.

I tried to figure it out, then accidentally I refreshed the page after 10:00am. It showed today and I can ” office in “as well.

Is there a setting that we need to adjust such as starting time?

The other problem is I office in at 10:10am but the report shows 5:40am, do you know the reason of this?
