SuiteDash has so many options. I agree with other reviews that it can almost seem overwhelming, but I thought their support pages have many incredibly helpful videos and walk-throughs. I love the idea of circles, where you can make similar dashboards for clients, but by adding them into a circle, you can give them specific access to different pages or tools. For example, I’m providing a complete office management tool for home service companies. While several things will be universal, I can create specific pages/tools for house cleaners, or lawn care, or window cleaners under different “circles”. So clients all share about 80-90% of the same tools/pages, I can add the house cleaners to a “maid service” circle that has a specialized CRM with entries about how many bedrooms and bathrooms their client has for example. Say they decide to also offer window cleaning, it’s just simply adding them to the “window cleaning” circle and now they have access for both sets of tools. The idea is to create these tools once in a circle, and then just give access to whichever clients need them. This allows you to have a very comprehensive management tool, but easily present it to the client like it’s specific to their industry.

I’m thoroughly enjoying SuiteDash as it provides such a robust set of tools and automations. The only downside is it is so robust, there is a learning curve, but if you take building your business infrastructure seriously for ultimate freedom from your business, automate and organize your company with SuiteDash, you won’t regret the effort, it will more than pay off in time, money and peace of mind.

Suitedash lets you stay in contact with your clients with a bevy of tools including project management, messaging, files and customizable portal pages. With granular permissions you can share as much or as little across multiple clients or multiple organizations.

Suitedash has allowed us to have one central space for sharing with everyone, replacing several different tools. This integration is incredibly effective, enhancing client engagement and streamlining operational processes with its user-friendly interface.?

This system is great, it has everything you need to convert, sell, bill manage and retain customers. It has a LMS it has a Mainling list, it has customer segmentation it has so many features its a mini Go high level!

SuiteDash is an extremely powerful and comprehensive software product (more like a software suite really). It ties in multiple disparate departmental functions (such as Marketing, Sales, HR, and Project Management) and brings them into a unified location. Add in the fact that the ability exists to unify it with a robust and versatile Client Portal and you’ve got an amazing product.

There is a pretty steep learning curve when you get started, but there are plenty of educational materials at your disposal. Also, when comparing it to other CRMs, keep in mind that with the right approach, you can replicate pretty much any functionality you can find in other products. The way I think of it is that those other products are locked down “toys”, while SuiteDash is a powerful “tool”. Give it a shot and put in the honest effort to get it set up to reflect your organization’s needs, it’ll be worth it in the end!

I am a very busy guy. I work full time 6 days a week as a truck driver, have an 11 month old baby at home, and run multiple small businesses of my own. Up until now, I had been using a combination of Google Drive, G Mail, Convertkit, and Pabbly connect, to assemble some sort of automated, onboarding/client portal experience for my coaching business.? Bought it from appsumo 3 months back, one of my best buys so far! Makes my teams job much easier+ its easy for my clients to track the progress of the projects and keeping track of the support ticket. I jumped into the deal when my freelance business was clogged with client mails and stuff which was losing direction as I am unable to update it on a single platform. Suitdash made it easy plus they have an LMS solution that made me train my people when they onboard. It have a downside too- platform is a bit slow and its like feature overload but dont worry. They have a ton of tutorials to help you.
