Hi I’ve been using this plugin for a while and it randomly seems to change the way it generates the short code. I’ve seen it place code in three different ways and only the first one creates a link that is clickable. The ones with the class don’t work. Why does it change this randomly?
[clickandtweet handle=”” hashtag=”” related=”” layout=”” position=””]shserhrhs[/clickandtweet]
A roundup from across the web of this?week in pleasure.
<span style=”background-color: rgba(225, 232, 237, 0.247059);”>[clickandtweet handle=”” hashtag=”” related=”” layout=”” position=””]A roundup from across the web of this week in pleasure[/clickandtweet]
Hello,
I’ve been using this plugin for over a year on my website, a great plugin, no issues, everything was working great, until about 3 days ago (I saw the plugin was updated 3 days ago so maybe that’s the reason) – the plugin stopped working, all I see on different pages on my website are codes of the plugin I inserted months ago, that can only happen (as far as I know) once the plugin is not activated – unfortunatelly the plugin is activated. The plugin’s Tweet button doesn’t show as well inside the pages on my website once I try to edit the pages and add tweets. I tried to deactivate the plugin and then reactivate it, I even uninstalled it and re-installed it again, but no use, all I see on my website are codes of the plugin, and there’s no tweet button too..
Is there any solution is sight?
Thanks in advance
Limor
Hi there!
I just installed the plugin as it looks very promising, but when trying to activate it I get the following error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /var/www/vhosts/40/150933/webspace/siteapps/WordPress-407302/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/click-tweet/click-and-tweet.php on line 80
I looked into the code as I know a bit about it and see no reason why this ‘[‘ should be unexpected. I removed and reinstalled the plugin and the problem is still there, so I figured I’d just ask you how this can be resolved.
I look forward to using the plugin!
Here is another small bug that I’ve found.
Sometimes when i choose the text and add the tweet action, i get this instead of shortcode:
...
I’m not sure why that exactly happens.
Also when want to add tweet to the
tags, it’s not adding anything, but creating another empty

tags.
Hey guys! Whenever i click to the tweet link it opens twitter share window two times! Please fix it. Thanks.
Thanks for the cool plugin!
But there is a small error:
When i enable debug mode i get this error:
Notice: Undefined index: tweet_color in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/blog/wp-content/plugins/click-tweet/click-and-tweet.php on line 823
Plus i always have an empty space before the sentence which click and tweet shortcode enabled.
Thanks a lot!
Hello, this is a really promising app because I really like the default styling on the preview photo. However, the button doesn’t show up for me on the Visual Editor.
I was looking for a way to manually place it in text, but I couldn’t find a guide how.
Hoping that there would be a solution!
Hello,
This is a very nice and easy to use plugin.
But I still encountered a problem.
When there is a space or before or after the text, the click to tweet box is not rendered.
It also would be great to be able to define a different text for the tweet than the “linked” text within the frontend.
Thanks,
Adrian
