]]>Hello! When configuring the plugin with WooCommerce and testing, it does not show the variables ({product}, {price}, {regular_price}, {sku}, {site}, {url}, {title}) in the WhatsApp message. They appear empty. How could I solve it?
]]>I can’t get it to work properly on the home page. I have to scroll the page up and down to get it to display in the footer.
If I visit the other pages the icon is displayed correctly.
Is there a way to resolve this?
I have tried changing the get_footer and wp_head options with no success.
Out of 3 sites, only 1 shows the group option.
I have deactivated plugins, themes, and updated WordPress to the latest version. How can I investigate this?
]]>[Click to Chat] I would like to know if the plugin’s event measurement towards GA4 allows us to know if a person started a conversation or actually wrote, that is, I am interested in measuring if someone actually wrote or not. Is this possible with this pro version plugin? Thanks
]]>Hi,
We’ve been receiving a large number of fake WhatsApp messages from the Click To Chat plugin, primarily from unfamiliar foreign numbers. Is there a solution, like using ReCaptcha or something similar, to reduce these spam messages? We never experienced this issue before installing the plugin.
Thank you!
With kind regards,
Danny Hartman

]]>I’ve had the plugin installed for a couple of months now, and at first it worked fine, I activated it on the pages I was interested in and it worked correctly.
Then I put it on the whole site, and now I can’t change where it appears. In fact I can’t even remove it, I uninstall it and it keeps appearing and working… Does anyone know why this happens?
Hello,
Cannot update Click to Chat Pro, it shows message – Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized. It was purchased more than 1 year ago, and is there an easy way to extend the subscription?
And also a question – if I did not extend it, it’s functionality was the same, I just didn’t get new updates, right?
]]>Hi, I have the plugin installed with the polylang plugin, but in the English language when I click on the button, it tells me that the number shared through the url is not valid.

]]>I have a WhatsApp number configured but every time the button is used from the website it is redirected to a completely different contact number. How can I solve this problem?
]]>Hello, i have a problem with the pre-filled message, the text is not shown in whatsapp when you start the chat, it is empty.
In the WordPress admin the text is updated, when you click the button the screen before opening WhatsApp shows the text, but in WhatsApp it is empty.
I already checked the cache and it is not the problem.
]]>Hi! I have a multilingual website with WPML: Spanish (primary) and English (secondary). I have a pre-filled message for the entire site and it works perfectly in both languages. But when I want to replace that message at the page level with a more specific one, the replacement is only observed in the secondary language (English). In the main language (Spanish) the default message for the entire site is displayed, that is, the page-level values ??of the Whatsapp number, call to action and Pre-filled Message fields are completely ignored for the main language.
Any ideas on how I should resolve this?
Greetings
Luis De Sousa
When the contact form is filled out, the information is sent to the Webhook all in the same line. Example:
{“field 1″:”Marcelo Madureira”,”field 2″:”[email protected]”,”field 3″:”910000000″,”ctc page url”:”https://lehmann.adv. br/”,”ctc wp date”:”Wed May 15 2024″,”ctc wp time”:”14:22:2″}
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Correction is necessary, example:
{
“field 1”: “Marcelo Madureira”,
“field 2”: “[email protected]”,
“field 3”: “9100000000”,
“ctc page url”: “https://lehmann.adv.br/”,
“ctc wp date”: “Wed May 15 2024”,
“ctc wp time”: “14:22:2”
}
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
The information arrives like this:
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
It would be perfect if the information arrived like this, for example:

]]>Hi.
I am reaching out to share a feature request for your WhatsApp contact plugin that I’ve been using on my WordPress website. First off, let me express my appreciation for your work on this plugin; it’s been a significant addition to my site, enhancing user interaction smoothly and efficiently.
However, I’ve encountered a scenario where the need for a specific feature has become increasingly apparent. I am looking to have the ability to filter out certain countries, preventing the WhatsApp contact option from appearing to users from those locations. The rationale behind this request stems from various factors including but not limited to, regulatory concerns, target market focus, and resource allocation strategies.
I understand that adding new features involves careful consideration, planning, and resources, but I believe that the introduction of this functionality would be a valuable enhancement to your plugin, benefiting a wide range of users across different regions and sectors.
Thank you for your time and for the continuous improvements you make to the plugin. I look forward to your response and am hopeful for a positive consideration of this request.
]]>Hi
I have another question. If you look at my website “https://queentybosshair.com/” each product has a button labelled “Lets Chat”.
Is it possible to set it up so when I click the button, it opens whatsapp and fills the message with name of the product I clicked on?
]]>I have setup the plugin but when I test, I get the following errors:
Mobile Screen: “The Phone number xxxx isn’t on WhatsApp”
Desktop Screen: Phone number shared via url is invalid.
Not sure why its not working since I am testing with my phone number which has WhatsApp installed and have always used it.
]]>Howdy. I love your product. Unfortunely I can only move the icon from the top to the bottom and from left to right. I can adjust the “px” settings, but it seems the it does not react. Any hint for me?
