Finally I deactivated some plugin and this one was the culprit.
Make buttons randomly assigned if mouse over then correct btn shows and correct function executes.

In Internet Explorer the currently active menu item is invisible (white text on a white background). It works correctly in Firefox (white text on blue background).

I really really love CleanAdmin – and yes Ill give you a 5 star rating on this if you can fix this — the Featured Image ‘widget’ has disappeared.
I’ve also checked the screen options to make sure it wasn’t removed ??
if you can ‘fix’ that it would be great!

]]>Thanks very much – it’s good to see a new admin theme here, they’re few and far between!
Really nice styling, I especially like the drop shadow around tables and divs, and the more minimal look of table rows.
Just one very small issue: when I minimise the admin menu to icon view, the floating submenus have 1 pixel left & right borders separated from them by about 10 pixels, which looks a bit odd.
